Everything is falling apart?
Do you always have the taught that you have no courage to do anything when everything seems to be falling apart? You could not even find your control at that moment, and you're naive about what to do, you have the feeling within that you're losing your personality, your life seems to be crashing away and you don't even have an idea of how your life will look like after the whole trauma?
But you have to discern this...
There is a time in life when everything is going to fall apart, but have in mind that everything happens for a purpose, but at that moment, you might not know the reason, but when you get to a stage, you'll get to understand that it makes sense, because during this period, you'll want to try out different things in other to bring things together again, and you'll get to experience new things and be stronger.
when everything falls apart, how do you fix it?
It might seem nothing is working when you'll be trying all possible means to put things together as it was before, yet you have no idea of what to do, you feel lost and hopeless, even it will get to a stage where everything will be frozen, and you are stuck in the middle of the dark blue sea, all you want at the moment is for everything to come back to normal again, the way it was before seems to be better than the present condition you find yourself and then you begin to ask yourself.....
....Why are things falling apart?
You've not been getting the good result you want for a while, you've been trying the same thing over and over again hoping for a new result? Things don't work that way, if you keep doing the same thing, you keep having the same experience, but doing things differently will bring you closer to a different result.
Allow your life to fall apart into something new, something better, things fall apart so you can stride into a new phase even when you are not seeing the likelihood right now. Everything is falling apart because the fall will impel you to make the changes you've been afraid to make or things you've been ignoring. Just have in mind that everything will be fine, even if it doesn't seem to be in the moment.
What can you do when you find yourself in that condition?
Try to surrender the fear of the unknown, find the time to heal, and fill yourself with positive energy by working on your inner self.
Get yourself a supportive routine that, by creating a new one, don't be stuck to the old one's
Specify what success means to you, and get clarity on who and what you want to spend your time on.
Use the shake-up to focus on yourself to become better by establishing a life you love and have the believe that everything is going to be fine.
Spend more of your time with people who lift you and make a new plan when your plan changes.
