Breakfast is a meal we take in the morning. Nutritionist advice us to always take breakfast no matter how small it is do that we can have enough energy to kick start our day. A lot of people have different opinion about taking breakfast.
Some argue that it makes them heavy and they won't be able to work and function to the optimum while others believe that it is very important for optimum performance at work and also starting the day. Some people especially in this part of the world who do menial jobs like mechanics and bricklayers go for heavy food in the morning such as garri (Eba) cos they believe it gives them enough energy for their job. I personally do not joke with my breakfast and I always go for light food.
