Breakfast
Breakfast is a meal we take in the morning. Nutritionist advice us to always take breakfast no matter how small it is do that we can have enough energy to kick start our day. A lot of people have different opinion about taking breakfast.
Some argue that it makes them heavy and they won't be able to work and function to the optimum while others believe that it is very important for optimum performance at work and also starting the day. Some people especially in this part of the world who do menial jobs like mechanics and bricklayers go for heavy food in the morning such as garri (Eba) cos they believe it gives them enough energy for their job. I personally do not joke with my breakfast and I always go for light food.
I would like your opinion on this subject. Do you take breakfast and how does it affect your activities for the day.

Dominion power of faith
Faith is putting the words of God to work believing, it enhance your capacity to believe anything God says. Faith is not a risk but the victory that overcomes the world
What is in faith that brings dominion
Faith establishes partnership between God and the believer empowering for dominion. Faith engraft us into God, whatever can't stand God can't stand you.
Faith taps into the power of God at will Ps.66:7 when faith comes alive you tap into power from above to rule over life affair
Faith commits God's integrity to perform His word
Faith secures divine intervention

***Always give thanks to God in all situation whether good or bad. God has instructed us to always show gratitude at every point in time in our lives.***
Gratitude is application to receive more blessings from God. We must never fail to acknowledge God for all his goodness, provision and faithfulness towards us.

Warning against impending danger is one of the effective ways of preventing hazards and ensuring safety of personnel. These warning notices could be placards displayed on workshop walls with inscriptions such as "NO SMOKING", "NO SKYLARKING", "EYE PROTECTION MUST BE WORN" etc.
Examples of warning signs are

This method of hazard prevention involves insulating all exposed electrical conducting parts properly yup ensure that ensure that electrical current does not find its way to human body or that of live stock. It helps to prevent electric shock

Barriers ate used to alert people of danger. Barriers are required in excavations, walls, roofs, edges and platforms of roofs and some kind of overhead work.

Offers no physical protection but alerts workers of impending hazard example is the barricade tape.

This type of barrier not only warns but provides adequate physical protection from falling into an excavation or opening. Examples: wood, chain, rope
