My favorite subject on campus

I am the 2nd child of 3 siblings, my sister graduated from S1 Sports Education, and coincidentally I am currently studying at the University of Pancasakti Tegal as a student of the Faculty of Law, Study Program of Constitutional Law, I am more interested in the Study Program of Constitutional Law, because I prefer With an insight that talks about the state, I am not interested in criminal, civil and program study programs, because that is a study program that is often problematic in the surrounding community, and that is my motivation to pursue a constitutional law study program, because in my opinion this is a a very interesting study program, this study program does not study how to solve legal cases, but this study program learns about state administration, and all things related to constitutional law and state administration work.

Well, on this occasion tonight I want to discuss a little about the material that I like in the State Administrative Law book written by Prof. Dr. Mr. S. Prajudi Atmosudirjo. The title of the material is “Methods and Systematics of State Administrative Law".

Methods and systematics of study are an important part of modern science in addition to terminology and taxonomy. Likewise for State Administration Science which is a branch of science, especially the branch of Law and State Administration which specifically and systematically studies the field of State Administrative Law. State Administrative Law is the law that regulates the order and administration of the state administration, which includes government, state administration, organizational and household management, state development, and environmental administration.

However, in terms of state administration itself, state administrative law is the "Legal Framework" of State Administration. Therefore, apart from being a legal discipline, it is not surprising that many State Administration scholars are also seen as part of State Administration Science, such as Business Administration Science (Commerce Administration Science) in Indonesia. While scholars are seen as part of Economics, while in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and the United States, they are independent of Economics. Even in a country that is so conservative in the field of higher education, such as the Netherlands, there has now been development between faculties with the same program as Commerce Administration.

What is even more difficult for Indonesian students is to distinguish between the views of Political Science and State Science where Political Science is a branch of Social Sciences and originates from the study system of Anglo-Saxon countries, while State Science is a branch of Philosophy of Law and Politics that developed on the European continent. , especially Germany, including the Netherlands.

However, in the context of this paper, we view Administrative Law as one of the branches of modern science that we want to develop together as well as possible.

Modern science is not knowledge in the sense usually used by the general public, but is a system, a mental means of modern humans to master, know very well the intricacies of, or understand the problems, characteristics and principles of modern humans. a certain field or part of the world of reality, which for ordinary educated humans appears as a complicated (complicated) situation, which is diverse, consisting of things and events that seem to have nothing to do with each other.

What was called "State Administration" in the past was not called that, because the focus of the problem or its nature was different. Those who want to emphasize the function of government call it "Government Administration" and those who want to view it from the point of view of its bureaucratic power or from the point of view of regulating state business use the term "State Administration". There are others now who want to highlight their development functions, so they are talking about "Development Administration".

Now the Science of State Administration is a very interesting and very cool science for those who like discussions about the state, Well in simple terms and in my personal opinion State Administration or what we usually know State Administration is a science that studies the order that governs a country, I don't know it's the scope of the country or the system in it, everything is regulated in the science of state administration. Our method in studying State Administration is exactly the same as we study other sciences, it's just that Administrative science explains the Order in a country specifically,if we have talked specifically, it means that we cannot mix State Administration Science with other sciences, because other sciences do not specifically talk about the state.
