As I scroll through Facebook and TikTok, I am saddened by what I see because of our neglect of typhoon Ulysses. Many areas were flooded, many stayed on the roofs of their houses because their houses had already entered the water. Even babies who are unaware of what is happening in the world are affected. Some areas affected by typhoon Rolly have not yet recovered due to the devastation of typhoon Ulysses that we are already feeling the strength of the wind and heavy rain so many damaged houses are affected.
Various places in the Philippines are already feeling the strong winds and rain caused by Typhoon Ulysses. According to ABS-CBN, the waves in Manila Bay are strong. At present, there is still no power supply in the entire province of Catanduanes and all flooded areas. The wind near the center of the storm has a force of 140 kph while a gust of 195 kph. Ulysses is the 21st typhoon to enter the Philippines this year.
LOOK: These some areas are flooded after the incessant rains and overflowing rivers there caused by typhoon Ulysses! Due to the height of the flood, only a few houses can be seen.
I hope the person who wants to help them will not get tired because we are in the middle of the pandemic, typhoon Quinta passed, Super Typhoon Rolly passed, and now typhoon Ulysses. With so much going on this year, I hope we do not lose hope because we know that this is just a test that we have to face. We are strong so we will not be affected. It may be difficult but we need to trust in God and be courageous for the people who depend on us and our families.
I weep over the plight of the people affected by the typhoon especially in the flooded areas. LORD, I know you will not give us a test that is not possible. May you guide all those in critical condition or who are already struggling in the situation. Do not forsake them, Lord. The flood will also subside, the rain will stop. Just trust.
TYPHOON ULYSSES AMIDST PANDEMIC. 😔😢. Be Filipino today!
Keep everyone safe god. That's looks so horrible
