Below are the list of sites that offers free pictures for your websites. I will show five different websites for you if ever one does not offer your choice of photos. Links will also be provided.

Pixabay

  • Over 1.8 million photos ready available can be found in Pixabay. A search bar is provided in the landing page with a list of the most popular searches on the internet. You can choose from a variety of photos, illustrations and even videos. There is a community section that includes a blog page, where you can read a lot of articles about certain images and artist page that advertise the most popular and reputable photographers.

  • I usually find it amazing how cool the photos are. I feel like it suits the landing pages of websites. It aso fits as your desktop background. I have looked into the website and I kind of like the looks of the site and how they present each photo.

  • All photos share copyright and released under Creative Commons Zero (CC0).

FoodiesFeed

  • The most amazing website to find your choice of photo when it comes to food photography. From pizza to coffee shots, you will enjoy searching and scrolling looking at pictures in the website. It is the most go-to one when you are fond of creating articles related to food.

  • What I love about this website is the minimalism of it. The simplicity of it brings out the quality of each picture. It's the kind of website that doesn't have much of icons and design but it surely brings the professional look.

  • All photos share copyright and released under Creative Commons Zero (CC0).

Canva

  • Here's a link to its app version - http://canva.me/home-get-app

  • It requires a sign up feature before getting into the website. When you get it, a ton of recommendation from book covers to facebook posts to brochure designs are offered. There is a pro feature that includes pictures that can't be downloaded in free version.

  • I have been using this app ever since high school. What I like the most about this one is the drag-and-drop feature of it. Though, most sites have that feature, the smoothness that Canva gives is amazing. The font and icons is also a huge help for me. You can even change the colors and design base on your preference.

Unsplash

  • Over a million and more images available for you. You can search through selections of beautifully captured photos. The site currently offers photos regarding the Covid 19 epidemic.

  • This one is also a minimalist site. I like the idea that they turned it into a instagram like with profiles of uploader included before the photo but still has that unique cool feature in it. I like the wallpaper section of the page where you can search through tons of amazing photos for your phones and desktops.

Stocksnap

  • With the almost the same landing page as Pixabay, this website offers tons of beautiful photos. There is a Submit Photos section for photographers who want to share their photos for free for the audience to see.

  • I was a fan of the Trending section of this page. You can actually already explain why the photos on that section is an apple-of-the-eye to most viewers. I like each and every photo available in there.
