In the recently held Golden Globes Awards, Demi Moore just won a best actress award for her performance in the movie The Substance, which by the way, almost everyone loved and got intrigued.
This ambitious psychological thriller talks so much about different aspects. It's the kind of movie we need in today's living as we set up different kinds of standards to the point we ourselves is having a hard time accepting who we are.
The film is set in the future where a doctor experiments on a drug to enhance human cognition and empathy. The drug, known simply as *The Substance*, promises to unlock the full potential of the brain, allowing its users to experience heightened perceptions, expanded consciousness, and deep emotional connections. However, as Sarah, the protagonist, and her colleagues delve deeper into the drug’s capabilities, they soon realize that it is not only opening doors to new realms of understanding but also exposing them to unexpected dangers.
Sarah loved her job but it seems that her job "doesn't fit" her anymore. Her age, as well as, body figure is seen by her boss as not so good anymore. Although it's a fiction, we can already tell that this kind of behavior is very much happening, not just in the entertainment industry but also with other industries. There are still countries who prefer the youngs to work even if some olders still have the capability and experience to do so.
At its core, the movie is about the nature of perception and the limitations of the human mind. The drug acts as a metaphor for any force that seeks to expand human consciousness—be it art, technology, or spiritual exploration. However, the film suggests that this expansion often comes at a cost. As the characters begin to experience strange, vivid visions and unsettling emotional shifts, they are forced to confront the darker sides of their personalities and the fragility of their understanding of reality.
The film employs surreal visuals and a fragmented narrative structure to represent the disintegration of the characters' sense of self. Phishing through Text Messages

Currently, in the Philippines, lots of people are experiencing receiving text messages from an unknown name numbers. Most people rely on technology in their daily lives, specifically in the usage of phones. When you want to talk to someone far away, instead of a letter that will take weeks or even months to get a reply back, a few clicks away is there to have a response within seconds. These digital gadgets offer convenience and connectivity as they bring entertainment and help to us and to other people. However, they also expose us to digital threats including phishing through text messages.
Suspicious links are not just done with emails just like before, they are now sent through messages as well. Cyber criminals craft convincing messages designed to provoke the victim to click on the link and provide necessary information needed to get into their personal bank accounts. Somehow, clicking on the link alone can already install malicious software to the individual's phone, leading to unauthorized data collection without the victim knowing.
Most of the common attacks include the already mentioned Prize scams. I remember the time an app called GCash show us the name of the person that owns a specific phone number whenever we want to send money to them, leading to dozens of text messages who has our full name claiming we won something. It led to the app not exposed the whole name but rather the first initials of the registered name alone. Scammers will really find a way to get creative and innovative to get more people and to trick more, especially to those who don't have knowledge in terms of the modern technology.
Some of the attempts to recognize an online attack is a generic greetings. Wherein instead of the message containing some form of recognition like name or number, it's a generic greeting like "Dear customer". You may have recognized these type of opening notes on subscription emails from a website or when you transfer money from your back account to another. These legit emails or text messages know your information and they provide security so they often greet or provide a "unique" information about you.
However, the best type of avoiding these attacks is to not click links or go to websites that are suspicious and are not secured. Do not engage with them or do not reply to their messages as their legitimacy will always be questionable. Although some sites are under the https link, some are still not secured. So instead of proceeding to the link, find ways to examine the link. Always educate yourself to things you have no idea about.

Today marks her 28th death anniversary. 28 years and we still haven't got the answer to the question we all want.
JonBenét Ramsey was almost like an angel given to set for in this world. A child beauty queen who won numerous titles in pageants, capturing the heart of thousands and even millions of people at such a young age. Her beloved life was cut out and the world is still intrigued by it.
Born in August 6 1990, Ramsey captivated the world with her beauty and her death remains as one of the most unsolved cases in the world.
It's actually interesting how there are so many cases that remains unsolved despite the fact that every year technology is slowly evolving. Surely investigators always has the new gadgets to help them solve mysteries so cases like this will always turn heads and raise eyebrows.
It was on December 26, 1996, a day after Christmas, when John and Patsy Ramsey reported their missing daughter. The mother claimed that she found a ransom note., demanding around $118,000 in exchange for their daughter. Personally, the note itself is already gaining few questions. I haven't witnessed a true-to-life kidnapping but I know that it will be somehow similar to movies and those ransom notes will always be brief and precise. Sometimes it's just like reading in the blink of an eye. You don't write a ransom letter like a diary or an essay that is needed for a school activity. So that's why, police were questioning the authenticity of that letter. The one that really intrigued me was the fact that the investigators found the handwriting similar to Patsy Ramsey's handwriting. Also, the amount that was requested also matched John Ramsey's bonus, like how do someone even know that, except maybe your friends and family because you just don't discuss your money to other people.
According to reports, later that day, JonBenét's body was found by her own father in their basement. Instead of alerting the police he carried the lifeless body leading to evidencs being contaminated. There were even rumors that the way he carried her body is not how a panic father would carry his blood. It's like an act like "Hey, I found her down here." The whole family and some friends of the Ramsey family were also in the area so there were a lot of chaos. The crime scene itself had some troubling details including a paint brush which doesn't really make any sense.
Although the Ramsey's has denied their involvement in the case, numerous theories have emerged throughout the years. One of the famous theories is one of the family member may have accidentally killed the child beauty queen and the family covered it up, maybe for the sake of the reputation of the person. Some said it may had been the father or the brother, but who knows if they are really telling the truth or covering something up.
This type of case will really show how there are still flaws in this world. Despite the involvement of technology which now reached to the AI world, there will be times that things will remain unsolved.
The innocent soul of JonBenét Ramsey will forever seek justice as well those who had a similar fate to hers. There is no limit in time so prayers for the victims will remain up until their cases are solved.

Besides entertainment, movies really give us information about things, whether it's inspired or based by a real-life story. I recently came across a horror movie about ghost brides. It's title name already gave me the curiosity more about this trandition which is very common in China.
The Philippines is very pact with different cultures, one of them is the Chinese culture. So movies like the Ghost Bride is very interesting to know just like the Feng Shui movie. It's one of the most beautifully done movie with such an interesting plot. And just like the Ghost Bride, it's story is moving.
Ghost marriages are often referred to as spiritual marriages mainly for women. It's a cultural trandition observed in Asian countries that involves one or both deceased individuals. In a nutshell, it's about an individual, mostly a woman, who will be married to a dead man who is unmarried before his death. An unmarried individual in Chinese culture is seen by the community as an incomplete soul which is not a good picture for the family.
Marriage, as most people see it, is one of the most fulfilling journeys for one's life, especially to older traditions. That is why marrying a deceased individual was believed to "restore hummanity" and fulfill the life of that individual. It's like a fixed marriage but after the marriage, the living is automatically a widow.
As per people who have been involved with this tradition, they are given the life of old money. They are given the luxury since most families involved in ghost weddings are rich, in exchange to be part of their family by giving respect to the dead and his soul will still be remembered via the ghost bride herself.
Finding women who will be married to the deceased is not that simple. Matchmaker or fortune tellers are often the one who are finding those women who will be suitable with the deceased. Since most are from the Chinese family and as we all know, Chinese are very specific when it comes to their culture so a thorough research is a must which includes matching of Feng shuis. Also since it's a wedding, there are rituals and offerings to be conducted with respect.
In modern times, I barely here these type of weddings. As per news reports, there have been cases of robbery and exploitation which have led to legal actions from regions so that abuse to certain tradition will somehow be lessen or stopped.
Modern globalization may have taken a big step to discontinue such tradition however, there is a slim chance that these marriages still takes place somewhere else. Despite its controversy, it's history can make a great understanding and take a glimpse of the way society is revolving.
Perks of Being an Introvert
We all know that being an introvert is always a negative thing when it comes to a lot of situations. Especially in this world, there are a lot of jobs and tasks, in or outside of our homes, that require a certain amount of confidence that is above the level of being an introvert.
Most likely, people will encounter an extrovert person every day as they go to work or school or the grocery store, or just walk down the streets. People today are very outgoing and relaxed when they find that comfort zone that they want. Some people want to experience a lot of things in life so they are not afraid to do anything, whether it's exciting or will test their ability to live. Others are not ready to be in the position of making friends with everybody else.
Personally, I am an introvert. And I did not become one or transition to one just because I want to.
As I said, being an introvert is not having that much confidence in telling people stories or presenting yourself to the world. And I have been in and outside of the city and had been seeing a lot of people every now and then, I tend to come up with tons of reasons why I think some people are introverts.
One of the main reasons is because of trauma. Now, I don't think most people will take trauma as a serious thing. I have seen a video that went viral during a podcast where the man said, "I'm traumatized. I was like, "Are you?", or did you just label it as trauma." He said it will full of confidence with like a piece of sad background music and it made me go crazy. Trauma is not like a relationship where you put a label on it. And it isn't something like if something bad happens to me, tomorrow I will call it a trauma.
Trauma is seen or rather noticed when you don't want something to happen again because you get that feeling of being scared or your mind just isn't functioning properly because all of a sudden, you are reliving the moment once again. For example, months after my father abandoned us, I got the news that he went back to our town. Someone said that he wants to talk to me and I said no. After that, I just found myself crying because I thought of everything that he had done to us and what happened to us as his family, not anymore now when he decided to cut us off. These things are not easily said to people because you don't, either, want to relive the moments or you are afraid that they will react negatively to it. This is where an introverted person comes in. Because you don't want people to have an opinion that would either pleasure or hurt you, you just don't want to deal with them.
Honestly, being an introverted person with a traumatizing experience can be an advantage sometimes.
You get to come up with solutions all by yourself. I see and have met a lot of people who had been relying on other people for simple tasks. Although we need help most of the time, not all the time, even with the most basic things, we make people do it for us.
A peaceful environment is everything. There are many people who enjoy loud music and loud people but having that peaceful time is always what most of us want to go home to. The comfort zone of having yourself is always the best thing in life.
You don't make people know everything about you. From what I see, the more an introverted person tells a story, the more they question it. As I don't speak most of the time during classes or work or just bonding time, I see that most of the people around me start questioning things one after the other. At first, it might be irritating but as you go back to that conversation, you will see how desperate they are to know you.
There are a lot of things to add to the list but since I don't know how everybody is introverted, I put up things that I had experienced and noticed for now.
Things Kids Can't Say Directly to their Parents
There are a lot of things that children can't say to their parents, especially those who have strict ones. They either don't want to be looked at as a disappointment, not maintaining or being at the standards, or just being disrespectful. It can be frustrating as human beings since these kids, even though they are still naïve at some points, they will experience that negative energy that will soon become a ripple effect to their everyday activities.
Here are some things kids are not ready to say to their parents:
Talking back is not the same as being disrespectful.
I always hear this one, but not from my mother, but from other parents. I remember that saying something, especially during an argument with older people, is equal to having no manners toward them. Kids these days are open to learning a lot. It's not like living back then where the way people grew up is maintained even though they are positioned on the wrong side.
Having an argument is obviously one form of communication. It's like having a debate on a court where two parties give their comments, but on the court, you can't just shout at each other, however, you are to say a lot of information. If a kid is saying something that is not in favor of their parents, they don't like it so they say it as a form of disrespect to them. Most kids still are hard-headed, but most of them have points that should be taken seriously and heard.
If I struggle in academic work, instead of pointing fingers at me, help me.
This one is actually a struggle most of the time. Although I have never experienced this one since I had a lot of people helping me, even though some see me that doesn't really need help. I appreciate those people who really captured that integrity of making the first move if they see someone struggling.
Those who are academically excellent in school don't want to be a disappointment and it is hard for them to ask for help, especially from their parents. Although I see a lot of videos where parents keep on shouting at kids for not getting basic math. Probably one of the reasons why education is a course in college is because it takes time to teach something to children, teens, and adults. Kids have different learning capacity that is why we always need to widen our minds and keep that patience in tack.
Stop comparing me to other kids
Comparing kids to other kids will just make the matter worse. Parents, the older generation in general, must understand that we have time clocks in our hands and we are not like other people who are capable of running fast. Some may walk slowly or some may take another path.
If the neighbor's kids pass the bar exam and become a lawyer, it's either because he can really become one or it's pressure from his parents. However, it will not be a passion for the kid because he sees it as a job. Something to be proud of is seeing your kid doing what he likes without having to harm anybody. Not becoming a lawyer or a doctor will not make any difference in becoming a garbage guy because either way, you are helping your community.
The list goes on and on.
It will be hard for kids to open up if their parents are not open-minded.

Since technology is taking over the world right now, most probably, it can affect almost everything we do in our daily lives.
There are so many things a company keeps as secrets for whatever reason they have and even though it doesn't affect most of us, we just keep avoiding it.
Here are some things you should know in every fast food chain, shopping mall, or any business that is in for customer service.
First up, you might want to tone down your voice or just not speak about anything when you order at a Drive Thru. The reason is that almost every employee that wears a headset or headphones can hear everything you say, not just when you are ordering but at the moment your car steps on the sensor that is planted on the establishment. Some employees already had their statements regarding this matter. As a matter of fact, they have heard everything from secret pregnancies to well-known people of celebrities and politicians talking about their plans whether positive or negative. Even though for some people, you might think that it's not a big of a deal, but just imagine having someone hearing everything you and your partner are talking about, it just gives me chills.
The second one is about one branded drink that is promoted for kids to have that energy boost and be as athletic as they can be. I'm talking about Milo. Don't get me wrong, I love Milo. It has a great taste and almost every kid loves it. But the fact that it is advertised as an energy booster doesn't seem right. School From Home
The only difference between work from home and school from home is the income we earn. Work from home gives the users the ability to earn money as well the knowledge, unlike school from home who only gains the knowledge yet we struggle to pay for the internet.
I have been bothered by thr fact that we had to provide an WiFi router at home for us to adjust to the new normal of the school system. I am not saying that I don't like it since I will be able to connect to the internet easily and I can search for jobs but the learning system is not okay. Not all students are able to work with the system since not all can afford an internet WiFi connection. There is nothing wrong with learning but the fact that most are struggling to cope up just to learn is completely crazy. Especially those who are in the province area where a connection is too low, they will be left out. I have seen students on the internet posting their rants about the new education system and even though I want to understand that school teachers are also struggling, we should change how this new education is given.
Instead of having classes online, provide modules and papers or software copies that students can download. I'm pretty sure that a download will not cause a dollar to do so.

Downloading the Zoom app as well as Google Meet and other apps that will be included in the learning will cause a lot for those who struggle to make money. I personally have experienced worrying about the prepaid load I registered on my phone to connect to the internet. And I have to say that it's not that easy to download an app even though it just say its under 100mb. What if the download crashes and it needs to be downloaded once again? Thats another mbs. Also, you can't use the app alone without connecting to the internet. A video streaming and sharing apo causes a lot of mbs to drain. That does not include the quality of the video alone.
Anothrr thing is the connection. Not all places have stable internet connection. Not all have cell towers that can provide a good or high quality of signal for users to use. Most especially to those places near or are in mountain areas. It is hard for them to walk around and find a signal because first, you don't know the area. You don't even know if someone might be watching you, waiting for a "signal" to hurt you. Or a car might just pops in thr corner with a fast speed and will hit you before you even blink. And second, even though you got that signal, doesn't mean you can move easily. Sometimes, you have to stay and literally stay in that position until the class ends.
I'm not blaming the school teachers since they are just following the rules. What I'm saying is that we have to understand not only the situation of the high people but also those who can't even afford a cellphone.

Are You a Lucid Dreamer?
Have you ever wonder what it's like to be a lucid dreamer or for at least one had been into lucid dreaming? Well, it is kind of fun having or doing it but at the same, it depends on you and how you handle everything.
This is about my personal experience but I have some knowledge about lucid dreaming even before. I really thought that it was all just a bluff or something but since I've been experiencing it a lot, I start to wonder if I'm really a lucid dreamer.
By the way, a Lucid Dreamer is a person dreaming and is aware that he or she is dreaming and can control everything that will happen in their dream, including the characters and the plot. A Lucid Dreaming is totally different from Sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis usually happens as like something evil is watchinf and doing something to "kill" you and it is about a person dreaming and experiencing something strange but can't "move" from it. Lucid dreaming feels like you're in a Point of View Movie wherein you are the camera man, director, scriptwriter and the main character at the same time.
Back from the beginning when I started to have nightmares, I got scared since I know that people get killed from it. It was just few years ago when I had the chance to learn about this kind of dreaming. At first It thought that maybe this was not a real thing like unicorns in movies. But since I experienced it personally, I started to get curious about it.
Lucid dreaming is actually safe for those people who are mentally stable. It might cause damage for those who have emotional breakdown during scary and frightening scenes. For me, I'm completely aware that I am stable but it doesn't mean that I am okay whenever I dream a very scary thing even though i can control of it. Most dreams that I have are actually can be categorized already as a nightmare. The only difference is that nightmares are where you can't easily get out of since there are a lot of people who died in their sleep, while Lucid Dreaming is taking full control so you decide when to wake up.
One of my experience is coming home after school with my friends in a rainy day then a sudden earthquake occur followed by a tsunami. Me and my friends survived the tsunami attack so we got into a car to see if our families are safe. There were shouts and scares everywhere and since I want to get home quickly, I jumped the time lapse to the part where I can see my family. When I ama about to enter the house, another tsunami was coming. Since I felt tired in the dream, i decided to stop it by waking up.
Even though I think of something different before I sleep, I dream of something out of nowhere. But the fun fact about it is that you can control when to stop or what will be the next move. The thing is, you wouldn't know that it was a dream since what happen in dreams are uncontrollable, you will have the idea that you are really in a real life situation. You will just think that it was a dream after so much struggle and pain in it.
There is actually some techniques on how to lucid dream for those who wantto experience it. Self-awareness is one of the key to do it.

I actuwlly don't know this befor since as a kid, watching movies where this scene is included, I totally admire the characters when they do that. But when I watched several documentaries about grenade and how strong the pin is, it made me wonder if the character's teeth are super strong. You can pull it out using your hand with strong force though.
DOORLOCK UNLOCKED WITH A GUN
Remember the scene in The Conjuring where the chief breaks down the door using his gun so that the Warrens and the husband can get through in? I actually wonder if there is a padlock in there or just the knob of the door. Although some scenes are for the purpose of dramatization, some audience take a look at it as true since the movie is based on real life events. I already know that guns can't take out the lock, even a small bullet since the locks are made out of iron, unless they are not. It made me wonder on other movies who put scenarios like this one. Below are some the tricks I learned in life that usually helps me whenever I encounter an uncomfortable situation or with someone elses. These things will not work on their own, all is up to you.

**BREAK DOWN THE EDGES**
Whenever you get kidnapped or get stuck in a car and you need to escape immediately, don't break the glass in the center area, instead break down the edges. Don't follow what most movies say that you can break the glasses right away. The middle part of the glass is the strongest part. The edges are the ones who are weaker. Might work when your car gets into the water and you need to get out and also, when you are kidnapped and you find the moment that your kidnappers are distracted by someone or something and the car is completely locked, this will do too, unless they are all outside, you can just open the car.
**POOP OR VOMIT LOOKS LIKE COFFEE GROUNDS**
If you vomit or pooped and you look at it to see that it looks like coffee grounds, better to run to the hospital immediately. It is the sign that you are bleeding internally. I actually didn't know this at first. Also, I never had experienced anything like that though I had a friend once who vomited and I saw her own vomit so I immediately call a taxi for her.
**TRAPPED IN A FIRE**
I mostly see people who can't get out of the fire since they are looking for a way out. Then suddenly they ran out of breathe because they are in a panic. Most people are having a hard time controlling themselves, especially when they are in an uncomfortable situation. The difference in posture is one of the common things I notice a lot. When you already know a person, from what he likes to eat or where he usually goes, his posture is totally different to situations that doesn't fit him. However, controlling your posture is not an easy way. You might sometimes notice him more aggressive or less than what he usually do when he talks about something. Avoiding eye contact is a whole different one. But somehow it adds to the different posture. You might see him unlikely to look at you or to look into the right side. Some people tell me that its on the left but I mostly encounter people who look in the right when they lie. Fidgeting is also a common thing for some. The showness of how nervous they are can add to that potential of them telling lies in front of you. For people who doesn't really lie that much, these three are the most common things to do.
**FACIAL EXPRESSIONS**
The sensitivity of the brain causes too much anxiety since they are in guil in what they are saying. Look for the following signs: lip biting, sweating, rapid blinkin and flared nostrils. The rapid blinking and sweating are the most common ones. They might not notice it since they are constantly thinking of their lies and how they will execute them without you wondering or questioning about it. Sometimes, the fact that they blink a lot says a lot of nervousness and heartbeat is ongoing inside of them.

For most people who lie, the fact that they have immediate answers to everything is not a good sign, otherwise they are robots. I don't blame kids who are not that open to their parents. They are afraid that if they do, it will be just a disrespect towards them.
CLOSING OUR DOOR DOESN'T MEAN HIDING
When we don't open up or speak up about something, doesn't mean we are hiding it to you. Some secrets are not meant to be said. Not because you are afraid to what they will do or say to you, but because they will not understand or at least try to understand it since its a personal perspective. Parents should stop making assumptions about their kids, unless they are really doing something wrong. Not all instincts are rights. And not all wrongs are meant to be told.
COMPARISON IS NOT GOOD
Parents should never compare their kid to another kid. It brings the self-confidence down to the limit that you have build it again for a long time. The fact that parents are finding something from you and want you to be greater than other kids is disrespectful not only to the kid, but you as parents. You didn't raise your standards towards living, you lowered your perspective to you kid nd what he can do. When your kid do something he consider as amazing, even if you think it's not yet his best, try to uplift his spirit. That way, he can do better.
NOT ALL OLDERS SHOULD BE RESPECTED
Not because that old man or old lady is already in the age above us, means that we should already respect them. Respect is gained not by age or success or fame or standard of living, it is given when the same respect is given to you. Personally, I don't like people whose eyes are only shining on a high-profile person, because if I was a beggar, then those eyes will frown to the point of disgust. I have seen olders who don't have manners and makes their age a sign that they should be the first priority despite their bad actions.
EVERYTHING STARTS WITH YOU
Kids are not 100% responsible if they become stubborn in life. You have to teach kids with the things they have to know if they don't have everything, not give everything to them to satisfy their needs. If you give them and milk them up but at the same time, take your frustration towards them, they will find satisfaction towards the material things you give and not love.

**THE FACE FOR YOUR FAMILY**
Most of the time, we try and do our best for our family, especially parents, to be as good as we can be. Somehow, we do things we don't really do or meant but for the sake of them, we do it. We make the face they want us to be. Tiger parents are one of the most brutal kind of parents I have ever seen. They take control of their children to guide them into the person they want them to be. But not all the time, this kind of parenting works. Most kids who have tiger parents tend to have opposite deeds since they are being controlled a lot of times. As kids to teenagers, we all want freedom. Although they want us to be respectable by molding us as like a perfect person, it doesn't work for most situations. Kids must experience failure, otherwise, they are not ready to step outside the door.
**THE FACE FOR YOUR PEERS**
School has built our relationship towards strangers. We have made friends and family from them so we don't get bogged out from the outside world. What we don't show to our parents is what we show to our peers. Most of the time, this happens to those who are members of the LGBTQA+ Community whose parents are not okay with then being gays. Honestly, I don't see any problem with their community. Unless, they make mistakes and use their essence of being gays to justify their actions, then that is the problem. Although, I don't like members who cross-dress, I still respect them. Parents must open their mind to what their child wants. Because if they don't, most likely the child will lack the happiness it needs. When we have friends in school, we easily tell and show what we want since we are not locked in a cage.
**THE HIDDEN FACE OF US**
I can relate to this face out of all three. Personally, I am ab introvert. And part of being introvert is I don't like telling my story to people and I don't even like talking. I always hide because I have trust issues. I don't trust people easily but I tell a story of mine as if they already know my life so they don't get rude on me. I have a lot of secrets. Yes, you can't hide secrets until your death. But it's okay if those secrets will come out in my death rather than me knowing that people knows them when I'm still living. It is hard to tell someone, even a close family of friend, something you want or do because they are full of opinions. I don't like opinions who are in judgement just because of their belief and not what is right.

Tether on Bitcoin cash chain
$6 million worth of Tether or more than one thousand (1,000) stablecoins was issued through SLP in Bitcoin cash in the start of July.
The news has been a talk for Bitcoin cash supporters until now. Postage Protocol allows SLP-tokens to be sent out without a single fee, also known as gas, needed to make a transaction. Vin Armani, Cointext CTO, explained that this no-fee transaction is done through a server they call as post office.

Although life sometimes forces us to do such things we thought we will never do, it is still our choice whether we do it or not. It's not always about rainbows and ponies when you have everything in life. And it is not always about bars and chains when you don't have anything to carry on.

I admit, I made a lot of stupid mistakes and actions from my past that until now, I still can't get over with. I am having a hard time thinking what if it will haunt me when I make a new decision. What if the people I hurt back and those who hurt me will scare the death out of me? But what I learn when I started living independent for college is that having a new decision or path is a new chapter in life. You may tell your past stories but it will not ever judge what you are now. Maybe some of it will be the cause of what you are currently doing or what you are now but it is your choice to what you have become. Sometimes people can't understand the thought of change but then again, you always have to remember that you can't please people.
Second one: MONEY
I always heard the phrase of Money is just a tool. I meditated on that one and it got into me that those people say that are the ones who once failed in life because they let money control them. I was born in a not luxurious city with people who strive to put food on the table everyday. And with that in mind, I always want to excel because I know and understand how hard it is to accept that life is not always fair. A farmer's salary is not the same as a businessman even though they both struggle to make money with blood and sweat poured in them. Most people say that businessmen are wiser that's why they consume more money than farmers. But actually, farmers are having a hard time to get money through a lot of hard work but are not paid much. They are the ones who should have lots of money because they put food, not only in their table, but also in ours.
Third One: OPINIONS
I don't wear make-up nor fix myself to be beautiful in pictures and to other people's eyes. And with that, I always get called of being an ugly one that doesn't know the essence of beauty. Actually, they are the ones who don't know the essence of beauty. Beauty is defined from what you do, not on what you look. That's why I don't like celebrities and personalities who only know how to dress and be cute or sexy in front of the camera. Like, if you're part of the entertainment industry, you're goal is to entertain people with your talent, and not with your looks. Other people's opinion will not push you forward. Sometimes, it does since show business gain profit when audience talk about you, but money is not the goal, it is to be a legend.

Just because a girl is single or not in a relationship, doesn't mean she's not happy in her life. As a girl, I am often ask to why I am enjoying my life even without a man. But I also ask, are you happy in your relationship?

You don't have to deal with some psych in your phone. You may have problems but not as weird as a romantic type. More on your problems will upgrade who you are as a person in your career and path and not upgrade as a girl or boy towards another person.

I have seen my girls who often gets worried about their man. Like sis, if he really loves you, he'll not go around with another woman. Because if he do, he doesn't love you the way you think he is. As a single human being in terms of relationship or romance, I can easily be friends with another guy without worrying about someone. Well, not exceeding my fence, just friends.
**INDEPENDENCE**
I always love this word. I can wear what I want. I can go wherever I want to. I can eat whatever my taste buds want. I can do anything. Do all those things with responsibilities. You can eat in a restaurant or watch the newest movies in the cinema all by yourself. It is not always bad being alone. Sometimes it helps you find yourself and understand how you deal with the world when you are alone.
I'm not judging the couples who are in a relationship right now. But if you ask a single on why she is happy without romance in her life, that's too offensive. Somehow, think twice. It's not always about kisses and roses to wake that romantic side of yours. There are more things in life that you can do. You can actually travel the world by yourself.
And what's the advantage of that?

Is Google Watching You?
Just because you are using Incognito mode for searching things you don't want others to see doesn't mean that you are actually private. Yes, you read it right. Incognito mode only grants a no-search history feature but not a private feature. I have seen posts that they use the mode for privacy. Well, let me tell you something. It is not private.
There are many apps and features from Google that currently watch your tracks and progress. From the videos you watch in YouTube up until your search history in Google search engine, you are being tracked. Even though, you stopped you're search history in YouTube and the search engine, the company still has access to you.
If you're wondering how, let me talk about Browsing history first. Websites such as Google as search engine you use to search anything you want are not as private as you think. When you want to clear your history of search, there is a certain button in the settings of Goggle for you to erase them. But still, Google knows what you have searched. How? The Google has servers that stores all your browsing history. You'll be able to delete the history but that doesn't stop Google in knowing them. The deleted ones are still with Google. Though, it stops ads and other kinds of stuff for your results.
Can WiFi see your history?
Absolutely YES. WiFi have logs and servers that stores the history of your browser. Sometimes WiFi admins can use packet sniffer to gain possession of your private data.
It is reported that after 18 months, the deleted data will slightly remove the information or data associated with you.
Videos you watch on YouTube are also not private as you think they are. The video app may have the feature of pausing your search and watch history, the Google company still knows them. Google maintains records of how you use your browser related to the deleted data. It may not exactly know what you searched in the app, but it us recorded that you searched about something on a specific date and time. The WiFi actually can see the link to the YouTube video but it does not generally keep track of what you search.
How about with your Emails on Google, are they also tracked?
Actually they are not read by Gmail developers and staff. But you may notice some ads on the app or browser that is related to the emails you receive. The company uses a detector or scanning machine to scan emails to send relevant ads to you. Gmail, like any other apps out there, can be hacked. So if you want to know if your account is being used by someone other than those you granted access to, look for the "Last Account Activity" that will show you a table with the mobile used alongside the browser and POP3.
