How to Spot a Lie

Attention: These things will only help you determine the people who are lying and not really tell if they are truly saying a non-truthful thing. However, since I am about to say mny aspects, meetinf most of them will definitely say that the thing he or she said is a lie.

Experts in lying might be an exclusion. I have seen liars that are really good in lying that doesn't match the below methods so somehow I can exclude them. How do I know? Well, maybe I ONCE DID IT.

Here are some of the methods and tricks to spot a lie:

BODY LANGUAGE

Most people are having a hard time controlling themselves, especially when they are in an uncomfortable situation. The difference in posture is one of the common things I notice a lot. When you already know a person, from what he likes to eat or where he usually goes, his posture is totally different to situations that doesn't fit him. However, controlling your posture is not an easy way. You might sometimes notice him more aggressive or less than what he usually do when he talks about something. Avoiding eye contact is a whole different one. But somehow it adds to the different posture. You might see him unlikely to look at you or to look into the right side. Some people tell me that its on the left but I mostly encounter people who look in the right when they lie. Fidgeting is also a common thing for some. The showness of how nervous they are can add to that potential of them telling lies in front of you. For people who doesn't really lie that much, these three are the most common things to do.

FACIAL EXPRESSIONS

The sensitivity of the brain causes too much anxiety since they are in guil in what they are saying. Look for the following signs: lip biting, sweating, rapid blinkin and flared nostrils. The rapid blinking and sweating are the most common ones. They might not notice it since they are constantly thinking of their lies and how they will execute them without you wondering or questioning about it. Sometimes, the fact that they blink a lot says a lot of nervousness and heartbeat is ongoing inside of them.

LIE ITSELF

For most people who lie, the fact that they have immediate answers to everything is not a good sign, otherwise they are robots. Questions that require a lot of comprehension and thinking is not answered within a second otherwise it is rehearsed already. When you are about to lie, you think about it before you do it since you don't want people questioning your ideas and thoughts. All of us have hesitations for everything, liars don't actually. People who usually say the phrase of "To be perfectly honest for you," lies. Why?, because you don't even question them about their truthfulness, yet they want to prove it. These people also tend to be very detailed despite you not wanting to have the details. It is very uncommon when someone wants to tell something in a specific manner when they can be sued if they do.
