This is the guidance of Shariah. Rasulullah SA. He said, "You announce the marriage, arrange the marriage in the mosque and play the tambourine in the marriage."
The marriage takes place only after setting the seal in front of two witnesses on a monthly basis and accepting the offer (acceptance). But the consequences of getting married in this way are often not good. Lately, the trend of getting married in secret is increasing. Many children of the madrasa are practicing it without knowing the masala and thinking about the consequences. Many are marrying in secret, many are doing it to others. And according to the fatwa of the Hanafi Madhhab, the permission of the Oli is not necessary for the Ijab-Kabul of an adult girl in marriage. They are taking advantage of this opportunity. It is not possible to give a detailed account of the disadvantages of secret marriage. However, a few things can be briefly highlighted.
A. It is normal for husbands and wives to have quarrels and quarrels. In our country, it is common practice to leave one's wife in anger. Because wife and maid are never one. Someone who secretly got married may have enjoyed sex. This is a lot for an unmarried man. But when the nightmare of this dream is over, when the reality comes to the fore after a few months, is it better to start sex without thinking in detail about the situation?
E. Those who do masana in secret, often their family does not survive. However, only a few social issues are pointed out here. If a person falls into such social problems, his religious work will also be hampered. The concentration of worship will be lost due to restlessness and anxiety. That's normal. Even these mistakes often cause people to become disgusted with life. For this reason, not only passion but also conscience is needed in marriage. There is no doubt that marriage has become difficult in the society. But where there is convenience, we do not go. Whoever wants to be pure, Allah will make him pure. This is the declaration of Hadith. So the name of escaping from society is not heroism; Rather, heroism is to break the ignorant social system and establish Islamic culture. Why would you run away and get married? Why would you risk a girl's future? Instead, stop the flow of ignorance. Find a way to liberate all young men and women without thinking only about your orgasm. If we don't wake up mom, how will it be in the morning?When your son wakes up, mother, he will sleep at night.
