SunDay disappeared 😳
A sunset + hot pepper + gentle rain
And as soon as the sun sets the temperature drops from 16°c to 10°c 🥶
I wish I had a switch to turn off my mind and heart... More and more ppl ask for help, nice and educated, good ppl looking for a helping hand to start a new life...
Right now I'm trying to find:
2 couches
1 couple bed
3 single beds
1 stove
2 microwaves
2 fridges
2 washing machines
Cutlery, carpets, sheets, blankets pillows, cloths, shoes, toys ... etc ect ect
For 2 different families, one with 2 children, other with 3 children... When there's children involved it's even harder for me to keep a distant heart...
I'm sending messages to all my friends looking for help, trying the fb groups... My hate/hate relationship with money doesn't pay off when I feel my hands tight 🙁
In the 2nd photo, the children that arrived today, the mother sent me the photo, they're happy to be finally reunited after 4 months living in different countries (Portugal and Brazil), I can only hope for the best, they left Brasil in the summer time, they arrive here in the cold, they'll suffer a 18°c temperature shock 😞
I've sent them warm cloths and shoes, I hope they don't get sick with the sudden change

The day to rest, stay in bed till late, enjoy a lil laziness...
Or... In our case ... Waking up before Mister 🌞, take all the scaffolding, clean all the construction site again, remove all the debris 😳🥴🤣🤣
But always with a smile because big dreams are worth working for and we're making them real
Mr. Sun is here with us today, the temperature keeps getting lower, ice in the windshield from the night frost... So much to be grateful for 🙏🥰

I really love this kid, he's one of the football players in our team, been with Rafael since kindergarten, but he's the only child and his parents are ... Very serious 🙈🙈

My family is finally understanding and maybe this year's we'll have a true Christmas spirit holiday, together having fun without gifts obligation, without shopping stress

Life is impredictable...sometimes unfair... Good or bad may happen any time...
Today I was driving my kids 3&4 to school and I heard on the radio... A hill collapsed under heavy rain, slides down, big rocks hit a nearby house, killed 2 young men, 4 others were saved from under the debris 😢
This happened at 3 in the morning, when everyone was asleep...
So sad
This events are rare in my country, but after over a year with almost no rain, this was bound to happen 😞
Obviously we can't live in fear
But we must live each day to the fullest, as best as we can, not postponing our dreams forever, not thinking that "one day" you'll be brave enough to be happy
Happiness doesn't depend on having - big cars, big houses, lots of cloths, money... Those are just illusions
Happiness is waking up with a smile and gratitude for all we have Here&Now

And it was against our "archenemies", the team from Lourinhã. There's a lot of history against them, they're known for not paying fair, our kids were nervous
But they did great even against a team with older and taller kids
