This is my Mommy A strong woman that thought she was weak, endured a horrible marriage untill she realized she was a Warrior, she's living a peaceful life now We went shopping, she loves shopping When was time to pay, she bagan to cry She'd "lost" her card, we looked everywhere but couldn't find it, so I payed Finally at her home we found it, she had stuffed it in another bag She's so worried, many things like this one have been happening lately, yesterday she was in the middle of her physiotherapy session when she remembered she had left the stove working, she called my twin sister, obviously everything was burned beyond repair, the house still smell like smoke 😬😢 She's panicking but when I give her solutions, she doesn't want to do it Simple things like controlling your diet - less sugar, less meat, no fried food, increase of vegetables... And also less stuff She has way too many bags, clothes, wallets... Everything Living a minimalist life is so much easier I tell her these things over and over, but still she buys condensed milk, cream, sugar, cookies... Every single week she buys more because she already eaten what she had I just wanted her to make better choices ☹️

It's a new "trend", to send messages on Whatsapp pretending to be family, asking for a mbway transfer Mommy is no fool, she called me and I told her it's a scam, she just blocked that number As the crisis is getting worse, more and more scams like this tend to appear. Ppl need money and resort to anything to get it It's important to learn to live with less. A simple minimalist life is the key to happiness, but also needs a lower budget There's a saying in my country: everyone's honest in times of plenty. Rain stopped around noon, giving me time to do what I'd set out to do since Monday: Clean all the construction site from all the debris - wood, iron, nails, bricks, etc Keeping a construction site clean is half way to avoid accidents, besides all that has to be removed to make it easier to move around All the floor will rise to the same level as the other house, so we'll put all the debris to a good use 😉 The shovel and the wheelbarrow are my best friends and allies around here 😉 I guess this counts as workout too 🤣 And ... It's raining again 😅 At least I did all I wanted before 😳

Gym?? No thank you!!! 51 years Reclusive OldCaveWoman's "gym" is inside her cave As I told you, it's been raining hard since Sunday. Walking the woods, gardening... All out of the question with this weather So I returned to my favorite apps, that's what the living room TV is for, right?? 🤣 4 miles video left me tired and sweaty but one thing I know : Sweat is Life I started doing Leslie Sansone videos when the pandemic curfew came. The fact is there's muscles you don't exercise by only walking or even playing football - uper body, back leg, side muscles, balance, coordination, etc If you're bored... Workout If you're stressed... Workout If you have a headache... Workout EctEctEct... There's a million different reasons, but mainly for your own health You don't wanna do a 4 miles/60 minutes video??? Chose a 1 mile/15 minutes... There's a million free videos on YouTube... And Have FUN!!! 10 years ago I was in a bad place. Overweighted, stressed, body aching all the time.. You know what??? : Stress weights, depression weights, pre-occupation weights I had to Love myself first Accept the pass Made closure with my pains Tame my Big Ugly Self-destructive Hulk And LOVE MYSELF even more One thing I can tell you : if I can do it... You can do it too

Life is so damn easy 🤣🤣🤣 No it's not Just kidding Portugal is a tiny country. And ppl keep coming They need homes and jobs... And than they need beds, fridges, sofás, TVs .... cloths, blankets, pillows, boots ....Absolutely everything... And everyone I know are pretty much without spare things to give ☹️ The more involved we became, the more we realize we need more... Winter arrived hard, for Brazilian ppl this is really cold... We're all struggling to help, but our resources are more and more limited, our once filled with everything room are empty I give all electric heaters I had here, but always warning because the electric bills will come and they'll be hard How to explain that Portugal will not be the heaven they expected it to be??? Sometimes I feel that our hands are tight... I guess winter arrived 😳 16°c, windy and raining A great day to start using the fireplace inside I cook with wood only, during the cold months I use the fireplace to heat the whole house, we have pipes going to the first floor too... With the same wood I cook inside the woven, it's big enough to fit a big pan inside ... Or I let it open to use a frying pan 🥘🍳 And ... With the same wood, I dry all our laundry 🧺💪🤣 I Love connecting with ppl from all over the world cz it makes me realize how subjective everything is ... For me, 16° it's winter 🥶 For countries like Philippines... It's really really cold But compared to Canada, some USA stats, north and central Europe... This temperature is spring 🤣🤣 I harvested some more persimmons to give to my mom and twin sister, the wind was throwing them to the ground... Or so I thought Rafael started to laugh when I told him.. it seems that it was him and his friends yesterday, playing ball, he says that some persimmons learned to fly after being hit by the ball 🙈🤣🤣🤣

But than another thing will come up, they'll get a different distraction, they'll forget all about you Don't wast your life trying to live by "society" standards, because there's no such thing Ppl are busy living their own life Those who have time to care and trash you... They dont matter, they're not really "alive", they're just... A waste of space and oxygen I lived with a person like that, for 20 years my Aunt taught me all about "How NOT to be" She was miserable, from her "blessed" mouth one bad words came out. Never a smile, never a kindness Taking care of her brought me to light. And I thank her forever for that. 2nd weekend working on our 3rd house Photo 1 - the construction now, this house will have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room Photo 2 - the first house we renovated last year, most of you have seen photos in Noise.Cash , we were renting it has a Airbnb, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. Is currently rented to a nice Brazilian couple, she is in the photo with the 🌈 Photo 3 - the house we live in, with our 3 youngest sons. When they grow up I will have no need for this big house, I'll move to one of the smaller houses and give this one to one of my boys Photo 4 - the view from my bedroom balcony, there's no road between all the houses, we're all connected by the garden. One day we'll start a 3rd house there, there's another garage that you can't see in the photo Every cent I can save, I use it here Money disappears, but I'll leave a house for each of my boys, this will be my heritage I drive a old car, I live a simple life This is my dream 😊

11.11.2022... Today And yes, it was a great day for a Miracle Sometimes miracles come disguised as accidents. My brother-in-law could had died today, the screws holding the machine he working on simply broke, several tons fell on him, a table, a pedal and his working boots saved his life. There's a hole on the concrete floor where the big piece of metal hit hard, if it was him... Sure it was a big scare. Amazingly it's "only" bruises, only one of his fingers on his hand was fractured We can chose to say this was an unlucky day Or we can chose to say a Miracle happened We're all home now, no words enough to thank you all for your messages, comments, prayers and LOVE. I will answer each one of you soon Thank you my beautiful Brothers and Sisters 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️
