Saucy vegetables topped with crispy fried noodles, a popular items for people.

Ingredients :

1. 2 cup cabbage thinly sliced

2. 1 cup carrot thinly sliced

3. 1 medium sliced onion

4. 1 medium green capcicum

5. 6 table spoon schezwan sauce.

6. 3 cups water

7. 3 table spoon cornflour

8. Salt to taste

9. 1 table spoon oil for fried noodles

10. 1 paccket veg. Hakka noddles

11. 4 table spoon oil

12. Spring onion finely chopped to garnish.

Method :

In a saucepan boil some water and add salt and noodles. Other side strain off the the water and put some oil in it. Add the oil, when the oil hits up add the noodles and pan fry them all the sides. Keep adding some oil and stir it continuously. When the place into a ball. In a wok add cabbage, carrots, onions, capsicum and toss them now added some water. Added the schezwan sauce and salt. Make a slaury cornflour and water and added into the choupsy.

Now added the choupsy into the bowl and garnish with spring onion. Now chinese choupsy is ready for served.
