Everyone want to be happy and be good and healthy. But every human being has to do something to stay healthy. Such as - eating nutritious food, exercising regularly.

Morning walk to same. It's make our mind fresh & keep fit. It gives us the strength to work. Every human being works a weakness after waking up. morning walk helps to cut this weakness. In the morning, nature is full of amazing beauty. It keeps the mood good. And the day is beautiful।। I thought morning walk ia too usefull to us.
