Healthy heart...a changed lifestyle

Ummm am Mahnoor and here to discuss something new topic that is the need of the hour to discuss about healthy heart and changing of our lifestyle. Well, all around us there is a lot of things that directly or indirectly effects our health and heart which in turn leads to hypertension, heart attack, high blood pressure risks, brain hemorrhage and many other diseases.

Let's discuss heart attack that is the main focus for us .

Causes

1: Heart attack --- the leading cause of death in all over the world mainly caused by blockage of any of the heart arteries.

2: This blockage may be due to deposition of fatty acids or high cholesterol level in the body .

3: The shrinking or narrowing of arteries effects the blood pressure and causes the blood to block.

4: The most leading cause is Smoking or you can also say it passive smoking that damages the lungs which tune damage the blood transport and destroy the arteries and capillaries.

5: Diabetes or becoming obese is most damaging ( a case that I have witnessed a person who is overweight and doctor prescribed him to lose weight otherwise it will lay weight on heart and cause the blockage or destroy heart walls).

6: The last one that I personally witnessed is eating junk foods and cold drinks that contain high percentage of sugars and diet like this in regular pattern destroy your heart badly and whenever you walk you feel some kind of pain and fast breathing.

Effects

1: High cholesterol in blood will accumulate in the blood vessels which in turn blocking the vessels.

2: High fatty acids leads to fat deposition in the blood which makes the blood thick and faces difficulty in flowing.

3: The accumulation of various fats and cholesterol in blood leads to put high pressure on blood that causes irregular heartbeat and angina pain.

Symptoms

Irregular heartbeat

Angina pain

Chest pain

Feeling week or discomfort

Pain in jaws

Muscles damage

Abnormal breathing

Precautions

1: Avoid too much fatty acids especially containing cholesterol. Maintain normal body weight.

2: Control blood pressure by regular walk and exercise.

3: Do not smoke because it can intensify the condition to at its worse.

4: Do exercise regularly and don't bother yourself.

5: Passive smoking is one of the leading cause that damage the lungs so avoid this and don't sit in the company of smokers.

Some personal experiences

In order to study anything in detail we have to discuss each and every thing about it and here am gonna share some personal experiences that can trigger people to overcome this issue as it is totally recoverable and treatment is all done with your own mind.

It's all depends on your mind , if you think it's over then it's over no matter how intense your condition is or may be it can be cured easily. But if you think that it's ok if the diseases has chosen me let's live my remaining life in a good way and let's thank for all those blessings that Allah Almighty has given to me and blessed me with the best.

From scientific point of view this has proven that your mind responds to what you give to it .

Let me tell you my personal study when I saw a person suffering from this disease and doctor don't tell him the intensity of his disease , doctor sent him to a cure center that cures mentally and psychological treatments are always there to manage and patients can survive 10-15 years more rather committed by the doctor's report. That institute is in America named HELP .

Concluding remarks

Well, don't worry and off course don't panic by seeing it , I didn't write this to demotivate people but just to tell you that it is harmful if not cured and if not managed in a proper way . Your changed life style is all your way to get rid of bunch of medicines and hospital goings and lots more and off course tension .

Daily exercise, take a balanced diet , low fats in foods, don't eat junk foods, cold drinks , wake up early , let your body free from tensions and go on your way .

The world is for you , just enjoy and thanks for the blessed life and think this minor disease can do nothing to you as you are so strong, otherwise the disease will harm itself when you show courage to it....just kidding 😂. To conclude it on a lighter note, a long life is waiting for you, just move and move and move. Don't stop. Best of luck.

Hmm yup because nowadays heart attack ratio is increasing and I think the main reason is an unhealthy diet Because everyone prefers junk on vegetables and other healthy stuff
