Wrapping a day is somehow a delightful moment for me as I finally meet my pillow after a whole day of work, and lastly, taking the most awaited part of the day, the moment I lay my eyes and take a rest. First on the list is Facebook. Facebook is one of the most toxic applications because of what environment it used to have because of its users' characters, yet I still use its "Watch" feature where I get to watch videos that I usually use to get my appetite to sleep. Never mind the Feed, I usually get stress from that section so as much as possible, I was just ignoring and skipping it and proceeding to my purpose. What I usually watch from that section are the videos that I am interested in the most; gaming-related clips that my favorite streamers and content creators uploaded, which may it be recently or old.
My next-time stop is the TikTok. It is a video-filled app that has a lot of content creators and even artists. But, what makes me more interested in it is the knowledge I get from it. The usual videos that I lasted watching are the lesson-filled ones. Cooking videos are one of them because some creators usually upload steps for cooking specific foods and rating some foods they get to eat. Some gamers also upload their gameplays on the application which also catches me because I am also one of their kind. Funny vines also make me laugh every time I find it funny. On the other hand, aside from I used to go there whenever I find my appetite to sleep, it is also my place whenever I feel something that makes me sad. I don't know what makes me feel that but I am aware of how it helps sometimes.
Instagram is also on the list. Scrolling down for the photos of my favorite Filipino and Korean stars and friends makes me entertained sometimes. I know it is a kind of compliment to my goal which is to get my appetite to sleep but it helps sometimes. There are times that my eyes get close while scrolling on the feed but I didn't get rid of it and just go with whatever I feel because of how hard I get my appetite to sleep every dawn. It helps sometimes so I keep trying my best to find what I am finding.
After all, it is all about getting rid of thinking about what I thought during the whole day of working. I just set my mind that whenever I finally finished something and was ready to call it a day, there should be no other thing in my mind but my only goal which is to find my appetite to sleep. All thanks for those applications that help me; that eventually, also become my go-to places before I wrap my day, and finally, taking the thing my body needs and deserves to have before fighting for another day tomorrow.
