Many of us feel lost, we feel we have no place to go or there`s nothing to do. Sometimes we have anything we want and we needed but there is always something missing, something that we know will keep our world spinning but we don`t know what it is. We all want something so bad and by the time we have, it`s like we are not happy about it. We want to be in a certain place and we can`t stop thinking about it but we know we can`t go there for now.
We are so lost and envious of what we are watching on the internet, we see them living their life compare to us. We see them traveling while we are lying in our bed doing nothing. We always look at other people that they are so lucky they can do this and that. But, did we see them before? Before of all the thing they are doing now? Did we see them struggling? Did we see them when they have nothing like us?
What should we do when we feel this kind of thing, what is the first step to not feel so lost every day?
Just remember your dream
When you feel lost and unmotivated to do anything, just remember why did you start, remember what is your dream or goal. Remember all the things that you have been through before you are in this position, remember how many times you bleed and fail before you get here. Once you remember that ask you`re self again do you still don`t know where to go?
Always take a rest
It`s okay to take a break and rest, it's okay to stop for a moment and think again for the next move, for the next destination, and for the next task that you need to accomplish.
Always stick to the Schedule
even you are unmotivated always try to keep up with your schedule, when it`s time to get up, try to get up. Always try to keep up, you don`t know when will the motivation or the energy will kick in, it`s better to kick when you are out of bed trying to do the things you need to be done.
When you don`t have the will to draw, just practice your shading, look for another pencil online. When do you need to write but you don`t want to? just try to sit in front of your computer and try to type what is happening to you or what you are deeply thinking. always try to push yourself out of bed when you don`t feel to get up.
Watch energetic videos
When you feel that you don`t have the energy that you needed for today, try to watch videos online that you like, videos that will make you laugh or sing. Try watching the youtuber that making motivated, try watching vloggers that are doing the same as you. It will help you boost your day because you will feel you are not alone in what you are doing.
Talk to you`re Friends and Family
talking to other people will lighten your mood and sometimes will make you forget what you are thinking. Talk to you`re mother or father, ask them how are they, it will make your mind focus on other things rather than flying all day long.
We all feel lost sometimes, we sometimes feel like every turn is a dead end. but as I said always think about why you started in the first place. Try to remember every hard time that you did not give up, every obstacle that you have passed. And don`t forget to look above and ask for help and guidance, he will always help you in the times that you need him and in times that you don`t expect him to come. be patient and don`t force yourself, your time will always come around, your moment will always spark at the right time and right place.
