We can go deeper and deeper into the history of humans and there is something familiar. From ancient civilizations until now, we have used force to gain power. We ignore different signs to pursue the things that we want to accomplish. We ignore the advice to become the person that we truly want. I think that is the positive and at the same time negative part of being a human. We are so eager to be something or make a name for ourselves that we ignore everything.

Just like the fate of humanity, we are running in circles and we don't know when to stop

I think it is proven from the beginning until now. in our everyday life, we do things, sometimes we know what's going to happen but we proceed anyway. The point is, that we don't make different adjustments in order to avoid things happening again, so we end up in the ground again.

People are sometimes predictable and fragile, people just need a single thing to hit them and they will shatter to the ground completely.

I don't know why I come up with it...

People with depression, anxiety, etc. feel invincible sometimes, we think that we won the battle and we are ready to be clean or free. But in a single moment when the demon is knocking on our doors again, what are going to do?

let them in? fight for our lives and shut the door? run?...

But in the most ending we end up losing the battle, and we will find ourselves rebuilding from the ground again. why is that?

Don't look to me for answers, because I don't have one...

I think there is one thing that we are doing that triggers us to feel the same again. We are unconscious that we are doing it but it is the reason that our depression is being triggered. If we make action to find that culprit I think we can make a plan to win every time or to prevent it to come.

But still, I don't really know the answer...
