Tips #1: Reach out and stay connected
Beating depression alone is hard will need a helping hand in the later stages of it. At first you want to be alone, and its okay its is the first step but don`t let hate, anxiety and failure consume you. Talk to some people close to you. talk about your problem it helps a lot when you spit out burdens.
Sometimes there are people with depression that is irritated when many people is around. Its okay at the first stage its just like that. But don`t embrace that stage cause it will consume you later on. Just stay there and think what is wrong and how to make it right.
Tips #2: Don`t stress your self
Don`t stress your self to things that you don`t want to do and things that is hard for you. You got nothing to prove cause your perfect enough to live for other peoples demands. Stress can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior that can amplify the symptoms of depression. Stress make depression worse and worse so turn your back from things that stress you and make you feel irritated.
Tips #3: Don`t over think
Over thinking make everything worse. its just kill the happiness and excitement in a situation. Don`t lock your self thinking every day. erase the doubt in your mind and walk. Be yourself and be happy
Tips #4: listen to some music
Listening to music help to let your emotion out. it can help your mind and soul to breath. just listen to your favorite song and sing to from the top of your lung as loud as you can. trust me it helps.
I`ve been in depression for a long time and there are things that i learn. ignore everything and move on. make your life an celebration. Keep listening to your favorite music every day it will help you a lot, dance to it sing to it.
Smile, cry, dance, feel bad, confused and fear its just normal cause we are human. But its up to you how to handle those emotion its up to you how you will handle you life. Your life is in you hand, the future is in your grasp. Don`t let the moment slip because your afraid to engage to some thing again, step out of depression and strive for a better day, a happy day and a day full of light.
Problem is like the sun, its powerful. but it will rise and it will set later the day.
