Change is one of the inevitable themes in human life. In the course of human history , we have witnessed several changes in the way things are done in almost every facet of human life ranging from fashion to healthcare. In recent times, the financial sector has been in the spotlight due to the crypto currency revolution that is disrupting the financial landscape. Anyone who fails to key in now and makes necessary adjustments to embrace crypto currency will surely feel akward and out of place in the no distant future. Those attempting to stop or fight the wave of the crypto currency revolution will be worse off as it is a lost cause with no prospects whatsoever of victory of any sorts.
Around this time last year, if you'd asked me about cryptocurrency I would probably have only been able to mention Bitcoin as that was to a very large extent the only crypto currency about which I had a scanty idea. What I knew then about it was that it was highly priced and sought after by those who traded in crypto currencies. A lot has since changed in the past few months for me especially with regards to what I know about how crypto currencies work and their potential real world use potentials.
My crypto journey began more like a hobby and something to earn a little extra income during the Covid-19 lockdown. At that time I didn't envision crypto currency as a potential and sustainable source of earning. Then by a stroke of luck or chance I stumbled upon a post on Publish0x which mentioned read.cash as a site where one could earn crypto currency specifically Bitcoin Cash for publishing articles.
This was the game changer for me as prior to reading that article I had only come across BCH via a telegram adbot. I am a glad to say read.cash has made a 'believer' in crypto currency out of me. It exposed me to a treasure throve of articles about Bitcoin Cash as well as other crypocurrencies while also expanding my horizons as to the various income streams that could be earned via investments in crypto currencies.
My curiosity was kindled as to why Bitcoin cash was gaining fast acceptance and adoption including in some of the not so developed countries in the world even in Africa . From what I have gathered aside the relatively faster speed of transactions with Bitcoin Cash, other factors that have favoured faster and wider adoption include the following:
It's appeal to the ordinary man on the street: BCH is unlike some other crypto currencies which have somewhat been branded with an elitist tag. Bitcoin Cash has somehow managed to break the barrier of class. The poor kid struggling to earn a little something to support his family, the petty trader or aspiring blogger in some poor neighbourhood somewhat has the assurance that if he or she puts in the needed hard work and discipline, the dream of owing a substantial amount of Bitcoin Cash is possible even with little Bitcoin Cash savings on a daily basis. Some writers on read.cash have proven this to be possible with the Club1BCH. I ought to even have been close to achieving the goal of having 1BCH save for some events that have necessitated me spending a significant portion of my BCH earnings. I doubt if ordinary folks would have similar enthusiasm if the target was to acquire 1 BTC.
Larger block size: BCH has larger blocks than BTC. This enables it to handle a significantly higher number of transactions than BTC. This also contributes to its faster transaction times with its ability to execute more validations possible per block.
Lower transaction fees: Ethereum has been in the news recently not just because of the increase in its price but also due to the spike in the cost of carrying out transactions on the Ethereum network which have attained an alarming rate. This is one of the major areas where BCH outshines Ethereum as well as BTC. Its transaction cost or network fees are significantly lower than those of the 2 heavy weight crypto currencies. Imagine having to pay a network fee which is worth more than the amount of cryptocurrency you intend to send. I know I certainly wouldn't go down that route. I would rather opt for transacting with a route that charges minimal network fees like BCH.
The Zeal and persistence of the Frontliners of the BCH project: Any avid follower or supporter of BCH will attest to the consistent efforts of some personalities at the fore front of promoting BCH mass adoption. These individuals spread the word about the benefits and prospects of BCH whenever the opportunity presents itself. I am quite sure that many today who have joined the BCH train did so as a result of the efforts of these individuals either directly or indirectly. One has to commend the unrelenting efforts of @RogerVer (dubbed the Bitcoin Jesus in some circles) and @MarcDeMesel as well as other frontliners in encouraging the mass adoption of BitcoinCash. Thankfully their efforts are yielding fruits as we are seeing the adoption of BCH gaining significant traction in Africa as well as the Americas. The efforts of other personalities who for want of space I cannot mention here have also contributed to creating awareness about BCH on as well as off this platform.
To all the pathfinders paving way for BCH mass adoption, your efforts have not been in vain as BCH is gaining more recognition with each passing day. The future for BCH global mass adoption is indeed very promising as it has lots of odds in its favour to enable it become a leading platform for global crypto currency transactions.

for reading.
For a long time I was a BTC maximalist and thought all other coins including BCH have no future. After using read.cash I have realized that BCH certainly has it's benefits. When I transferred BCH out of read.cash to my wallet I was shocked as I had never seen a transaction get completed so fast. Cheers!
