How do you handle your anxiety or stress

This what im gonna share with you because many people really suffer from anxiety, especially women ..... Two similar problems of two women are trending now due to stress or anxiety.

These women were almost identical in what they experienced and felt. So we saw that they were actually hospitalized. Because anxiety and stress are not a joke. For others, its OA, but not, because once you are attacked by stress and anxiety, you really don't really know what happened to you until you recover. So if you have a relative or family who is suddenly silent, talk to them, because you don't know that they are feeling something inside. I will give you an sample on the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.

1. Always panicking, afraid, and restless at the thought of a problem.

2. Unable to sleep mentally.

3. Unable to calm down.

4. Coldness, sweating, and numbness of the hands and feet.

5. Shortness of breath.

6. Heart palpitations.

7. Dizziness at the thought of something.

Those symptoms you have read are all the signs that if someone or yourself felt that it means you already have an anxiety or stress.
Especially this time of pandemic, many people are bored at there home, because our movement and action if we go outside is risky. Because we didnt know that maybe we can carry some viruses from outside to inside our home. Although it was sad right, that we face this pandemic times but we must be careful and immune our body in healthy living and healthy food.

So once we have an anxiety directly consult a doctor online before its too late because if you didnt prevent that illness, then maybe thats the cause that you die.
Prevention is better than cure. So while it's still early let's avoid it before it's too late.

WHAT THINGS YOU MUST DO TO AVOID STRESS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION?

-voice out your problem to anyone, dont keep it to yourself, talk someone that you comfortable of
-Make some fun by creating some hobbies like cooking, baking, singing, dancing, arts, paints, drawing and everything you want to learn on
-Watch some funny movies, videos that will relieve your stress
-Avoid being alone in your room or sulking
-Always take a deep breath inhale and exhale before you shout your mouth and yell to anyone, to make you calm
-Eat healthy food especially fruits and veggies
-Do some exercise like this image below to relieve some stress

Watch some funny movies, videos that will relieve your stress

When I'm stress, these two you stated above is what I do. I usually voice out to my friends or sisters and if they are not available, I do watch movies or listen to happy songs. I will try to do some meditation and exercise, some other time, thanks for sharing this :)
