How do you define a successful person?
For me a successful person are the ones who are responsible, independent, creative, passionate, persistent to reach their goals in life. Learning and emulating these characteristics and traits of highly successful people from a space of growth and self-improvement will help you achieve the success you’re dreaming of.
In this article I'll share to you the qualities that defines success so you can identify what’s needed for your own path to success.
•SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE FELICITATE;
-Compliments from others makes us feel better. Giving it to people who are striving to be better makes them more productive and will bring impact for self development.
• SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE LEARN TO DISREGARD
-Forgiveness doesn't mean forgetting or excusing the harm done to you or making up with the person who caused the harm. Forgiveness brings a kind of peace that helps you go on with life. The art of forgiveness is the art of letting go of the past and strive harder. Successful people know that to forgive doesn’t mean condoning what someone has done, but rather releasing the negative emotion around it for their own peace of mind because the more you hold on to situations the more you will struggle so it is a must to learn how to let go things that brings sorrow.
•SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
-To be successful, you have to accept that you’re responsible for your actions, your reactions and ultimately your success and failures. This creates a mindset of empowerment and control. Accepting responsibility will give you the power to make positive changes with your life.
•SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE HAS A PLAN
-Successful people focus, not just on what they want to do, but also how they want to be. Planning your life gives you control and will help you keep from wasting time on tasks that won't bring you closer to your specific goal. If you create a plan then you get to make choices and decisions, rather than leaving things up to chance, or worse yet, letting others make decisions for you.
•SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE FOCUSES ON THEMSELVES
-While successful people focus on their personal growth and concentrate on their responsibility for success, unsuccessful people spend much of their time focusing on what others are doing. Without focusing on ourselves enough, we become depersonalized and eventually depressed.
•SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE HAPPY FOR OTHERS SUCCESS
-Displaying genuine happiness for others can only bring some of that happiness into your own soul and life, as well. Successful people look at others achievements and celebrate with them because it’s about being supportive to one another and exhibit happiness for the benefit of everyone.

-Apreciating someone's work is showing respect to them. If the success is a team effort, even if most of the work was done by you, you give credit to other in order for your team to be more motivated.

-Everything is temporary and change is inevitable. Successful people realize this and know that change is a necessary part of success. And so they’re willing to embrace change. Choose to see all change as positive and always serving you on your road to success.

Successful people definitely have a different perspectives on success to those that try and fail.
A mindset of gratitude, teamwork and putting more emphasis on the journey rather than the destination are all key elements when it comes to success.
