POV

One of the best things in life is to have someone who understands you especially when you can't even understand yourself. To know that you are never alone and you always have someone by your side no matter what happens. Having the assurance that you are love, no matter what you do, where you go and even if you commit mistakes, you are never alone because someone loves you. Someone always got your back.

I'm experiencing LSS with Ariana Grande's song POV. I've always been hearing it but I get to understand the lyrics of the song while I was browsing Facebook and The Voice videos came out. The blending of the voices of the singers left me speechless. It was way too good to listen to and now I kept on playing the same song all over again.

It's as though the lyrics was saying the words I can't utter. I just really like songs which aren't noisy at the same time, I like it when it has a good message since most songs now are meaningless. The best thing that a person can do is to understand the other person no matter what.

It actually reminded me of the Love that God has for each of us. When we were still sinners, God gave His only Son Jesus so we can be saved from our sins. When Adam and Eve sinned and was thrown out of the garden of Eden, God made them clothes out of animal skin. Isn't it amazing how God still loves us the same even after all the heartaches we have caused Him.

God never gives us problems but He allows us to experience it so we will come closer to Him. He never wanted us to become robots that's why He gave us the ability to make our own decision and choose from the options presented to us. God is there. He has always been there. Even when we are sinning, God was there. When we are hurting, he was there.

Do you know that all your tears are kept by God in a jar? Even your deepest desire is know by Him. You know I usually dislike myself for multiple reasons which is never known by others because I am the type of person with a strong personality. I'm the type of friend who is not easily fazed or hurt by what others say about me but I also admit that I've had insecurities and I even hated myself.

I'm a perfectionist so everytime that I make mistakes or I don't reach the goal I've set, I feel disappointed about myself. But it was never known to others because they wouldn't believe me. Even if I'm going through something, instead of sharing it to others, I will choose to write it out rather than to tell others about it.

And everytime that I will cry, feel lonely, or hurt, I will write it out. Then I'll feel better because writing has been my outlet to let go of what I'm going through. Then God will embrace me through His words of encouragement in the Bible. Last year I wasn't faithful in serving God. I've made mistakes. I had been unfaithful but God is still there. He loves me the same and He constantly wait for me to come back in His arms.

I have a short story to share with you.

There was this young man who looks dashingly handsome and He always waits for this girl to show up. He will go into a five star restaurant early in the morning and wait until late at night, just to wait for this girl. But every time, the girl will be busy, make excuses and can't come. The man on the other hand ha been patiently waiting for the girl everyday without delay. Then one day, the girl decided to show up. She was beaten, crying, heartbroken but what the man did was embrace her, dried her tears, dressed her up and make her eat lots and lots of delicious food. After that, the girl stopped showing up again but the man was still.thete patiently waiting for her and the cycle goes on.

The man represents God. He was always waiting for us on a daily basis to show up and speak to Him but oftentimes we ignore Him. We will just go to Him when we are heartbroken, beaten up by problems and trials and after we are healed by God or our prayers has been answered, we are like the girl who will leave the presence of God and come back when were hurt once again.

God will always be there waiting for us with open arms but we will leave His presence once we are okay. Once our problems has been solved or once our prayers has been answered.

But life can't always be like that. What if Jesus comes back and you aren't ready because you're way too busy with your job, your life or whatever it is that keeps you occupied. What if you suddenly died today. Are you sure that you will be with God in heaven?

You see we don't have unlimited lives or strength. A time will come when we will grow old. The money and possessions we have can't be brought in heaven. When Jesus comes back to take His people, are you ready to come with Him?

It's never too late to turn back to God as long as we have the strength and breath that came from God. But once God decided to take us back home, we can never tell God to wait because we aren't ready.

May anyone who reads this have the enlightenment of the heart and mind to know that everything on earth is temporary and only the love, mercy and grace of God is permanent. God bless you
