Dysmenorrhea
Normally, women has a monthly period. The experience is different from one another. As for me, I am always pale, weak and the pain in my abdomen is too much every first UpTo second day. I don't also feel hungry because my focus is on the pain in the abdomen.
I usually drink a pain reliever but if I'm home, I don't take it. I still prefer to let the natural course of pain to be felt in my body. I just have to lie down and it's also the time when I can sleep in the afternoon due to the excruciating pain in my belly. I can't move that much and my whole body feels tired and sore especially the lower half of my body.
I use hot packs to somehow ease the pain and I just take my time to lie down and sleep it off. I've collapsed a couple of times due to intense pain and one time it happened when I was at the mall. The good thing is that I have a friend with me and I just woke up inside the Mall's clinic.
I'm also anemic so the tendency of passing out is greater. The pain will subside the third day and I'm back to normal by that time. Since I don't have an appetite for two days, I'll have to eat more to regain the strength I lost.
I also had a check up about my condition and the doctor said that there is a possibility that there is a possibility that the pain will be completely gone after having a baby. For now, I'll have to endure the pain and use pain reliever on my first day if I have to go out of the house.
