I have an annoying workmate. She is old, sarcastic and always angry when being asked about the things which needs to be done. She is also never the type to be easily approached. I don't like her because she's not specific with the instructions and she will only do as she pleases.
Earlier today, we were having reading sessions when she suddenly told us that she created a new list for those reading people. I stick to the first and original list, and now she's blaming us for not following the newer list. If she only told us, then there wouldn't actually be a problem. She goes on telling us that she needs to create a report and all. She's not nice to speak with.
I have another workmate who doesn't speak that much and is on the playing safe side, while I do the talking which will definitely benefit the two of us. I don't like the fact that I just needed to keep quiet so everything will go smoothly. I just don't like it. She goes on telling me to just let things slide as she worries that our other workmates might hear it and I'll get in trouble.
Now, I'm more stressed out than ever. I think that I made the wrong decision to pursue this career now. I don't know why there are people like that. I'm planning to leave after three years anyway, but I'll have to get my masters degree first which I'm planning to pursue by next year.
