In just a few hours 2020 is about to end.

This year might not have been the best year for all of us but this year has taught us valuable things.

  1. The only permanent thing in the world is change.

~ We now have new normal. Face masks, face shields, alcohol, sanitizer, social distancing, avoiding crowded areas and so much more has been part of the new normal.

  1. Savings can save you.

~ It's important to have savings. Save at least a few money so that you'll have some to use during pandemic. It's important to practice saving up for emergency purposes.

  1. Quality time for families are the best.

~ It's important to have a specific time to spend with your family. Time can tell whether they'll still be there by tomorrow.

  1. Reach out to people.

~ There's so many different ways on how to reach out to people. Social has made it a lot easier. Take time to look after others virtually.

  1. Mental health is as important as physical health.

~ A healthy mind lives in a healthy body. It's important to share what you're going through with others. Have a strong support group. Ask for help if you needed it.

  1. Staying healthy is a must.

~ Take vitamins, eat healthy foods, exercise, meditate and never forget proper hygiene.

  1. Gratefulness is an attitude that must be cultivated.

~ Even though this year has been tough, there's still so many things to be grateful for. It's a matter of having the right perspective.

  1. Take every moment you have as if it's your last.

~ No one can ever know when a person will lose his life so it's much better to spend life the right way. Help others, be productive, choose to be happy and always see things in a good perspective.

  1. Waiting is never wasting.

~ Thers nothing wrong with having a pause in life. Life is not a matter of who finishes first. You have your own timeline to follow through. It's about starting strong and finishing stronger.

  1. Self-love is the thing only us can do.

~ Choose to love yourself. No matter what your circumstances are, no matter how others see you, no matter how things around you has changed, you only have yourself.

May you and your family be blessed for the next year to come.

Goodbye 2020, Hello 2021!

Happy New Year!
