A reflection on how a Company brings about the transformation it envisioned
With more than 30 years of having a business in the Philippines, Accenture has grown to become one of the biggest and perhaps most competent information technology companies operating in the country, which generates value for their clients, employees, and community. At the same time, it creates opportunities for people and has a significant effect on the growth of the economy, which is one of the things to focus on for a nation to continue to thrive and develop.
With general management consulting services as their general services being provided, I can say that it is very in-demand these days and will remain in-demand in the coming years. Due to the increasing use of new technology such as artificial intelligence and automation to handle manual and recurrent activities, I have thought and realized the effectiveness of its operations due to the importance of training individuals in new skills that will enable them to do better in their jobs. With this, it assures a long-term talent pool made up of people, technology, and computers that all work together as one and provide excellent outcomes.
As I continued to read the story about how Accenture Philippines achieves its success, I learned that they place a strong emphasis on utilizing technology to assist their clients and frequently promote competency by training their employees to further improve their operations while making sure that each client is satisfied with the various services they provide. I haven't had first-hand experience yet as to how the company does its operations, but oftentimes, I hear and read posts from people saying that at Accenture, work-life balance is well encouraged and organized. I saw the smiles on their faces in the photos they shared, and it implies that, aside from thriving through their own expertise, they too are having great experiences in the company.
I get to learn more from it and appreciate how it promotes the spirit of fairness and equality that fosters a friendly and peaceful work environment for everyone, regardless of age, race, religion, gender identity or expression, among others, as well as technological development and growth. Also, I believe that they are right with the decision to diversify as it brings new viewpoints, concepts, and talents, which can be seen in how it does its operations.
When they promote a respectful and welcoming environment for everyone, including members of the LGBT+ community and women in the workplace, they are doing something valuable and will contribute to better health, greater job satisfaction, improved communication with colleagues and superiors, and greater work adherence within and between LGBT employees. As a result, I think that well-managed diversity in the workplace will both cut expenses and yield a higher profit, and that this is significant since it is an excellent way to motivate employees to be more determined in their work.
