Sport is a very important thing to do for everyone, be it parents, young people or adults, that's because exercise is really needed by the human body. The benefits of exercise for health are clearly felt by everyone, and make exercise a lifestyle that is done every day by people so that their bodies stay healthy and fit.
Sport itself is a body movement that has an effect on the body as a whole. Exercise also makes our muscles stimulated and makes the muscles not stiff, for example we often jog in the morning or evening it will stimulate and strengthen the muscles that are in motion when we jog.
The other benefits of exercise are that it can increase endurance, lower cholesterol, reduce stress, burn fat, increase our body's immunity, improve brain function, prevent diseases that will attack our health and of course much more.

The reason is according to (WHO), a healthy diet and lack of physical activity are also the most important global health risk factors. Due to the influence of technological advances for fast food, the productivity level of these foods is also increasing and of course it is not a healthy way of life in terms of food. An unhealthy lifestyle also makes our bodies susceptible to diseases such as:

Eat nutritious food: of course by eating healthy and nutritious it is very influential in our health.
Exercise regularly: do this activity every day on a regular basis so that our bodies stay healthy and fit.
Controlling our stress: Stress is also very influential on our immune immunity, usually when the body's immune stress will decrease and we are susceptible to disease.
Adequate rest: of course rest is very important for our body, and rest should also be with sufficient time, because it will relax the mind, muscles, and organs in our body as well.
That's why it's important for us to adopt a healthy lifestyle and exercise for ourselves, healthy living is fun and there's nothing wrong with doing sports and a healthy lifestyle every day, because it's also good for our own bodies.
