Excessive fats can lead to weight gain, stroke, and heart disease.
There are two primary types of fat: saturated fats and unsaturated fats.
Saturated fats- completely maximized number of hydrogen present. Example: eggs, chocolate, dairy, coconut oil, meats, usually solid at room temperature.
Unsaturated fats- usually liquid at room temperature, do not have maximum number of hydrogen atoms present. Example: soybean and corn oil.
Fats provide insulation to the body... Kaya kung nasa pinas ka tas mataba ka mas ramdam mo ang init sa katawan mo.. Kaya diet2 din pg may time, its not healthy pag sobra.
