How Is Efficient Studying?
Studying is perhaps one of the hardest jobs in the world. Sitting at a desk and studying for 2-3 hours without getting up! Especially if you have moving, unstable features, your job will be even more difficult. No matter how hard it may seem to study, it is the labor and efforts that guide us in determining our profession in the future that carry us to success. It would be beneficial for students who have just started to study, to study at short intervals and then gradually extend their study period.
The ideal working time is 40 minutes of lessons and 10 minutes of break. You must have daily and weekly work plans. If you have difficulty in adjusting your plan and program hours, you can get support from your teachers. Having only the books and notebooks on your study desk will keep your attention and concentration for a long time. Even if there is no laptop, telephone or television in the room where you work, it would be better for you not to have it out of sight.
Studying while lying down or lying down causes you to fall asleep or be distracted after a while. It is recommended that you sit on the chair at a 90 degree angle. The light coming from the back of the table will make you tired later. It is necessary to meet our personal needs and rest our brains during breaks. Watching TV for a long time or spending time on the phone will reduce the efficiency of the lesson we are studying. While planning the lessons, better results will be obtained if we do it in the form of daily lesson repetitions, homework and the last test solving.
Trying to do homework or taking a test on a subject that is not well learned will lower your self-confidence by making us wrong, getting bored with the lesson and saying that I can't do it against the lesson. It is not right to study for hours only on exam days. If we do our subject repetitions, homework and tests every day, you will be more successful with short repetitions the day before the exams. Making short summaries while studying and underlining the important sections with dark pencils will keep the information in our memory for a long time. You can't study every lesson with the same style. The working methods of numerical and verbal courses should be different. Strive to study in the form of a numerical and verbal lesson while working daily.
Never be afraid of classes and study.
Spend more time on lessons you don't understand.
Stay away from words like I can't, I can't understand and I can't work!!
Always try to keep your self-confidence and motivation high. Remember, lessons and exams are not as important as you.
If you want a different tomorrow, WORK harder than yesterday!!!
What Hours Are Efficient Study Hours?
Effective lesson hours differ from person to person. Some students can work productively in the morning, while others can work productively at night. So, how can a person learn how to work productively?
While studying during the day, a person can study at various times and find out at what times he understands the subjects better. He can understand between which hours he is distracted and accordingly his lesson is inefficient.
Certainly, the working hours of another person should not be taken as an example or the hours obtained from the internet should not be adhered to. As I mentioned before, a person should find productive study hours himself.
