Wine is rated by one and all. All people's of all places in all of history around the word have always regarded it as the epitome of luxury, the nectar of the gods,the perfect accompaniment to a social occasion,a religious ceremony, an absolute must at any feast, someone to be revered and savored, something truly special. We love wine.

During Biblical times,the consumption or ritual wine became part of Jewish practices and even featured at Jesus farewell dinner in the last Supper, the man himself proclaiming it as representing his blood. In fact, it's mentioned even before that, in the Book of Genesis when Noah, following the Great Flood,gets drunk and exposes himself to his son's.
