First, you just have to change your habits and start becoming productive but it doesn't mean you will cut all the things that gives you happiness. It's a matter of time management. Create a Daily Plan
It's very necessary because if you have none, you will end up hanging and wasting your day. It's very important to have something that will remind you of what you should do. A lot of people find it very helpful and effective to have a daily plan. I know you have heard of a lot of things that it's just easy to "multitask" but actually multitasking won't work. Researchers says that you cannot do many things at once and maintain your quality standards. Better do them one step at a time.
Do Not Think About Perfection
Some people when they hear about "time-management" what comes to their mind is "perfection" well the answer is NO. You cannot do something perfect and do not strive to make something perfect. Doing your best is enough, learning and trying the best you can is more than enough and it doesn't need to be done perfect. We don't learn to become perfect, we learn to become better and apply them in our life.
Have Some Break and Time For Task
Do not pressure yourself, take some break sometimes and try to relax. Remember we are just human and we are not a robot that can work 24/7 so try to take some break sometimes. It could be chilling, doing things you love or anything that swept away the stress.
Don't Forget to Exercise
Do not forget about your health, heath is very precious and you have to take care of it. Part of managing your time is also taking the time to exercise often. Do not just stay in the same position all day just because you have a lot of task to do, move sometimes and let your body move. Set some time aside for short workouts – at least every other day.
Sleep On the Proper Time
Do not stay up late just because you want your task to be done, that is why we need daily plan so that you will be able to do everything on the right time. Sleep is helpful and beneficial to your overall being. Scientists have found that sleeping less to create more task-oriented time leads to trouble. Tired people procrastinate more and get distracted easily. Give your brain at least eight hours of sleep every night.
It's Time To Let Go of Bad Habits

When i can't tell if I'm managing my time well or i just don't have enough things to do with my life. But at least i know I'm the type that can't be bored so i know that i always have to be doing something
