Hey everyone!!!!

Today in afternoon i read article here on readcash and i also read an article of sister @SuperJulalaine in which she write about her national language Tagalog so i got the idea of writting an article on my national language too.

English is an international language and it doesn't matter from where you are or from which status you belong but hardly or easily everyone can understand it. We visit to foreign countries we easily communicate them with in English. It's easy way to communicate all over the world.

My national language

Even i have future plans to settle in Dubai in coming year's with my husband as he's living in Dubai fir the sake of his job but I'm a Pakistani girl and our national language is Urdu. It's a beautiful language. Whenever I've to express feeling of love i choose my national language. I love to talk in urdu as it's my national language and I have equal right to speak it.

My native language

Although urdu is the national language if Pakistan but still Pakistan have many native language. People are from different province have different languages. Each of us have different native language. In Pakistan there are many native language including Punjabi, pashto, Sindhi, saraiki, urdu, Balochi, hindko, pahari- pothwari and Brahui.

But i belong to Punjab Pakistan so my native language is Punjabi. I speak Punjabi too but I can't write Punjabi means if i start to write Punjabi than it took a lot of time.

Urdu is still alive but sadly Punjabi is almost ended here. In every place people are devided into status poor, rich and middle class. Rich people talk in English or urdu but some of middle class choose to talk in urdu and English but poor class speak only in urdu and Punjabi. We learned English from our education system and in poor class education is negligible so mostly they can't speak in English they used to talk in urdu and Punjabi.

What is the factor behind the end of Punjabi?

People are the main reason. They feel shy to talk in urdu. In home Mom's are mostly talk to their child in urdu language. They thought that by speaking urdu they look discipline people. Even it's wrong. If you see our celebrity interviews than mostly of them you see talk in English.

A precious Memory

When i was in university, i was bold enough and confident and i never shy to speak Punjabi with others. There's a photo copy shop in our university and whenever me and my bestie went there we speak Punjabi and people standing near us started to laugh. Once i asked a group of boy's and girls hey why are you laughing??? Am i joking here that you people start to laugh? And there's a deep silence.

Actually me and my bestie always try to alive our native language but only two people do nothing in a big university.

Did i teach Punjabi to my little daughter???

Personally, if i speak truth here than it's hard to teach her Punjabi. My law's thinks we should teach or talk with children in urdu language or in English language. But whenever we're alone in room i talk to my daughter in Punjabi too and if she speaks Punjabi in front of someone than i replied she learned by herself from her environment because we speak Punjabi in our home. Hahaha it's the most good reason because everyone knows that children learn from it's surrounding.

Ending words

I always feel comfortable in speaking urdu even if i see my country mate's here i say to them frankly that let's talk in urdu. English is international language and help you to in your many task but we should learn and appreciate our national language too.

Urdu but Punjabi can be learn too. Maybe the student thought you cannot understand English so they laughed over 🤭. I can imagine their reaction of shocked and being sorry.

Nonetheless, whichever language we speak we must know how to respect others. It doesn't mean we are above from others but language is a means to be a good communicator and person & not to be mean.

I got another idea from you hahaha. 3 A- Aim, achieve, adjust

Now about language, it's not being mean but a means to be a better citizens!
