I know all of us had mental health issues/problem. This article is for you .
We should know/learn how important the mental well-being is in our lives. Yes, mental well-being is very important for all of us, that is why we must have to know how to maintain a positive mental health, especially for us students. The anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorder are extremely common among us, students. Mental health problems can affect a students' energy level, concentration, dependability, mental ability, and optimism, hindering performance. So as for what I have learned from the seminar on the ways to naturally reduce anxiety and stay active in school while at home, we need to have a regular exercise for physical and mental health, practice deep breathing, eat a healthy diet, meditate ,get some/enough sleep and many other. As a result, student and for all of us mental health is vital in terms of informing about mental disorders and providing attention and support to those who are affected.
In this time of pandemic, it's crucial to maintain our physical and mental health during this tough period. This will not only help us in the long term, but it will also assist us in the battle against COVID-19 if we contract it. For me, I think what I can do to maintain a good mental health is to apply what I have learned at the seminar because I feel that those tips will actually work. First is that to eat a health and nutritious diet, which helps my immune system to function properly. Another is the number of my sleep hours , I should practice good sleep hygiene to lay a strong foundation for your mental health and well-being. And as for socializing since we have to maintain physical distance, we have to create a routine for yourself and your friends to help you escape boredom, such as chatting with them ,playing online interactive games and have fun. Covid-19 will stop soon, in Jesus name.
Improving your mental health is one of the best ways to avoid mental disorders like depression. Sharing about your thoughts will assist you in maintaining a stable emotional state and dealing with stressful situations. Keeping in touch, though there’s nothing better than catching up with someone face to face, but that’s not always possible. You can also give them a call, drop them a note, or chat to them online instead. Keep the lines of communication open: it’s good for you!. Take a break on what you are doing. Changing of scene or a change of pace is good for your mental health. It could be a five-minute pause from cleaning your kitchen, doing your assignments or a weekend exploring somewhere new. A few minutes can be enough to de-stress you. Give yourself some ‘me time’. And do what you want and what you're good at. Stress can be alleviated by having fun. Doing something you like means you're probably good at it, and accomplishing something increases your self-esteem. And ask for support from your family or friends.
When someone is going through a tough time, it can seem apparent, but there is no easy way to say whether they have a mental health problem. Sometimes, mental health problem is terrifying because it makes you feel as if you've lost control of your mind and that nothing makes sense at all. If you are one of those experiencing mental health problem, just remember that nobody is resistant to mental illness ang there's nobody out there who doesn't have mental health issues, whether it's depression, anxiety, or relationship problems. For me, OCD is no longer a source of shame. Just remember that support is available, and that your life will improve if you seek it out. It’s up to you today to start making healthy choices. Not choices that are just healthy for your body, but healthy for your mind.
The importance of mental well being and mental health can honestly never be overemphasized, the stigma needs to stop and in its place should be positive words of encouragement to people dealing with mental health problems.
