Assalamualaikum, dear readers.

Today i am here with another part of the book named Unfinished autobiography. Let's us know about the leader gradually.

unsplasH

I was born on March 16, 1920

My father's name is Sheikh Lutfar Rahman. My younger grandfather Khan Sahib Sheikh Abdur Rashid established an ME school. In the past this was the only English school in our area, later it became a high school, it still exists today. I studied in this school till the third class and went to my father and in the fourth class I got admitted in Gopalganj Public School. My mother's name is Saira Khatun. He never lived in town with my father. He looked after all the property and said, “My father gave me the property so that I could live in his house. When you go to the city, the lights will not be on in the house, the father will curse you. ”

We lived in my grandfather's house.

We lived in my grandfather's house next to my grandfather's and grandfather's house. I study from my father. I used to sleep near my father. I couldn't sleep if I didn't sleep at night holding his throat. I am the eldest son of the family, so all the care was mine. My uncle also had no children. My younger grandfather also has an only son. He also got the title of 'Khan Saheb'. Now there are members of the provincial legislature during the tenure of Mr. Ayub. Sheikh Mosharraf Hossain was also a member of the district board.

When I was in seventh grade in 1934,

I became very sick. As a kid, I used to be very naughty. I used to play sports, sing and do very good deeds. Suddenly my heart became weak due to beriberi. Dad took me to Calcutta for treatment. Shivpad Bhattacharya, the great doctor of Calcutta, AK Roy Chowdhury continued to show and treat many others. This went on for almost two years.

In 1938, Abba was transferred to Madaripur

In 1938, Abba was transferred to Madaripur subdivision as a sergeant. My mother was also brought there for my illness. In 1938 my eyesight deteriorated again. There is a disease called glaucoma. On the advice of the doctors, my father took me back to Calcutta for treatment. At this time I was admitted in the seventh grade of Madaripur High School to study. Going to Calcutta, Dr. T. Ahmed

I showed it to Mr. My sister-in-law lived in Calcutta because her brother-in-law worked for the AGB. She is the mother of my cousin Sheikh Fazlul Haque Moni. Mani's father used to be my grandfather. He is also a member of the Sheikh dynasty. I used to live with my sister. There would be no difficulty. The doctor asked me to have an eye operation. Being late can make me blind. He admitted me to Calcutta Medical College Hospital. The operation will take place at 9 am. I tried to run away in fear, but I couldn't. I was taken to the operating room. Two eye surgeries were performed in ten days. I'm fine. But you have to stop studying for a while and wear glasses. So I have been wearing glasses since 1938.

After eye treatment

After eye treatment I came back to Madaripur, there is no work. No education, no sports, just a job, going to meetings in the afternoon. Then the era of Swadeshi movement. The full slaves of Madaripur were then terrified by the English. The Swadeshi movement was then in full swing in Madaripur and Gopalganj. I thought Subhash Bose's party was strong in Madaripur. Fifteen-sixteen-year-old boys were recruited by their compatriots. Some young men noticed me sitting in the meeting room every day. I also had a negative opinion against the English. The English have no right to stay in this country. Freedom must be brought. I also started to be a fan of Subhash Babu. I used to go to Gopalganj and Madaripur from time to time to attend this meeting. And I used to associate with the people of Swadeshi movement. The SDO of Gopalganj at that time warned my grandfather Khan Saheb one day, I heard this story later.

In 1938 I started studying again.

This time I will not go to the old school, because my classmates have left me behind. My father admitted me to Gopalganj Mission School. My father also came back to Gopalganj. At this time Abba Kazi Abdul Hamid kept MSc Master Saheb at home to teach me. He also made a separate house for him. My father built the house in Gopalganj. Master Saheb formed a Muslim service society in Gopalganj, by which he helped poor boys. All Muslims used to pick up rice from their houses. Every Sunday we would pick up rice from house to house in sacks and sell it to pay for the poor boys' books and exams and other expenses. He used to fix the jagir in turn. I had to do a lot of his work. He died suddenly of tuberculosis. Then I am not in charge of this service association and manage many days. The money was deposited with a Muslim master. He was the president and I was the editor. If no Muslim would give rice, my party insisted on it

I used to. If necessary, bricks would be laid in his house at night. For this my father had to be punished many times. My father would not stop me.

I also used to play sports. I played football, volleyball and hockey. I was not a very good player, but I was in a good position in the school team. At this time I did not have much interest in politics.

My father used to keep a newspaper.

Anandabazar, Basumati, Azad, Monthly Mohammadi and Saugat. From a young age I read all the papers. I am a little older than the boys in school, because I have not been able to study for almost four years. I was very stubborn. I had a team. If someone said something, there was no protection. I used to fight. If one of the boys in my group said something, I would jump together. My father used to get restless from time to time. Because of the small town, there were complaints; I was very afraid of my father. And I was afraid of another gentleman, he was Abdul Hakim Mia. He was my father's close friend! Working together, he would tell my father whenever he saw me, or he would threaten himself. Although I could fool Dad, I couldn't fool him. Dad lived on one side of town, and he lived on the other. Mr. Hakim did not survive, his sons have become people by learning to read.

One did a big job under the central government

The other was a CSP. At that time Khandaker Shamsuddin Ahmed Saheb was the MLA in Gopalganj. He was also a well-known lawyer. His eldest son Khandaker Mahbub Uddin alias Firoz was my friend. There was a great feeling between the two. Feroze is now an Advocate in the High Court. There were so many similarities between the two friends, it would not feel good to see no one. My father was friends with Mr. Khandaker Shamsuddin. His amiable behavior. The people respected and loved him. He was at the late Sher-e-Bangla. K. Mr. Fazlul Haque was a member of Krishak Sramik Party. When Mr. Haq became the Prime Minister of Bengal and joined the Muslim League, Mr. Khandaker also joined the Muslim League. Although no party had any organization. Everyone relied on personal popularity. The Muslim League was then only on paper.
