Is there a problem with the transaction? This morning I transferred $ 7.7 from my Read.cash Wallet to my coinbase but the amount didn't add to my coinbase. Even there is no information in the transaction history. Anyone has solution for it?

Someone with similar issue said the money was refunded to her readcash wallet after some time

  It's good. But i want to know the actual reason. Why my funds got stuck.not evwn just mine. Many users are complaining about it. I nlknew about the bitcoin.com wallet. That we can get ulour money back by using seed phrase. But I wnat to know why, BTW thanks for the helping mind.
