Assalamualaikum readers.

Just as food is essential for survival, so is nutritious and balanced food for good health. This food oxidizes the cells and creates heat and energy in the body. You learned in the previous chapter how heat and energy are generated by chemical reactions inside the organism during respiration. Movements, sports, etc. all require energy. We get this energy from food. The things that are absorbed by the body after eating and perform various functions are called food. These functions are nourishment of the body, replenishment of the body, production of immunity in the body and production of energy and heat.

The main component of food and its source

.Collectively, the tasks mentioned earlier are necessary for our survival. Different food ingredients are needed to perform these tasks smoothly. Food is made up of many chemicals. These chemicals are called food ingredients. These ingredients contain nutrients, so food ingredients are also called nutrients. Most foods contain more than one food ingredient. Foods that contain high amounts of food are classified as food of that food.According to the ingredients, food is mainly divided into three parts:

  • Meat: Grows and replenishes the body.

  • Sugars: Helps in energy production in the body.

  • Fat and fatty foods: Produces heat and energy in the body. There are also three other types of elements needed by the body. Such as: Food or vitamin enhances immunity and stimulates various chemical reactions.

  • Mineral salts: Participates in various biological functions.

  • Water: Maintains the balance of water and heat in the body, also regulates the functions of the cell and Contains cells and their organs. There is one more ingredient besides the food mentioned above, which is an important food ingredient even though it does not provide any nutrition.

  • Dietary Fiber or Rafez: Rafez absorbs water and increases the amount of feces. He also helps in the excretion of feces from the colon.

Non-vegetarian food which is very necessary for the body

Non-vegetarian or protein foods are made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen. Meat contains 16% nitrogen. The meat also contains a small amount of sulfur, phosphorus and iron. The importance of meat differs from that of sugars and fats due to the presence of nitrogen and the latter. According to nutritionists, only non-vegetarian food provides nitrogen to the body Meat is considered an important ingredient.

Sources of meat:

We already know that we get meat from fish, meat, eggs, milk, pulses, bean seeds, dried fish, peanuts etc. There are two types of meat according to the source; Animal meat and Vegetable meat.

Animal meat: Animal meat like fish, meat, eggs, cheese, lamb, liver or liver. These foods contain essential amino acids for the body.

Vegetable meat: Vegetable meat like pulses, peanuts, bean seeds etc. These were once thought to be less nutritious than animal meats, because vegetable meats do not contain all the essential amino acids. But in fact vegetable meats contain sufficient amounts of all amino acids just like animal meats. Many times, two or more vegetable meats can be cooked together. But it does not change the ratio of amino acids significantly.

Carbohydrate, vegetarian foods

Sugary foods give the body energy to work. The basic components of sugar are carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Sugars are stored in different forms in the roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds of plants.Glucose in fruit juice, lactose in milk, starch in wheat, potatoes, rice, etc., are divided into three parts according to the composition of different forms of sugary foods.

We get starch mainly from rice, wheat, potatoes. Raw food starch is not easily digested. That is why we cook and eat rice, flour, potatoes etc. After eating, sugars are digested and converted into glucose. Di-sugars and many sugars are converted into simple sugars by digestion and are absorbed by the body. Simple sugars are very important for human nutrition, because the human body can only absorb simple sugars.

Fats

Fats are an essential food ingredient. The main function of this element, which is made up of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, is to produce heat. This substance stays in the stomach for a long time, so it does not get hungry. Fat accumulates under the skin of the body. Moreover, fat is also stored in various organs such as liver, brain and muscles. This stored fat of the body is useful during fasting. Fat contains about twice as many calories as sugar and meat (calories are a unit of energy in animals)

There are two types of fats according to the source plant fats and

Vegetable fats: Soybean, mustard, sesame, almond, sunflower and corn oil are used as edible oils. Soybean oil is the best of the edible oils.

Animal fats: Fat, ghee, dalda etc. Animal fats. The yolk of the egg contains fat, but the white part does not contain fat. Lubricants are insoluble in water. Floats on water as it is lighter than water. A healthy strong adult needs 50-60 grams of fat a day.

Vitamins

Although the amount of vitamins required for health is very small, its importance is immense. Vitamins are for the growth and health of the body. A balanced diet contains a variety of nutrients, so a balanced diet is rich in vitamins. However, regular intake of vitamin-free food causes vitamin deficiency problems in the body within a few days. Subsequently it persists in deadly form damage to the body, can even lead to death. Vitamins can be divided into two categories, fat-soluble vitamins and water-soluble vitamins.

Fat-soluble vitamins

Vitamin A: Vitamin A is found in milk, butter, fat, eggs, carrots, mangoes, jackfruits, colorful vegetables, fish, etc.

Vitamin D: Vitamin D in milk, eggs, liver or liver, dairy products, fish oil, edible oil, etc. There is 'D'

Vitamins E and K. Vitamins 'E' and 'K are found in all the above mentioned foods.

Water soluble vitamins

Vitamin B: Yeast, shredded rice, ground flour or red flour, sprouted gram, mugdal, peas,

Water

Another name for water is life. After oxygen, water is the lifeblood. Water is essential for the nutrition of the body. The structure and internal functions of the body cannot function without water. The functions of water in the human body can be divided into three types, body composition, control of internal functions of the body and excretion of contaminants from the body.

Body formation

The formation and maintenance of body cells is not possible in any condition without water. On average, water makes up 50% to 65% of an adult's body weight.

Controlling the internal functions of the body:

No chemical activity can take place inside the body except water. Water acts as a solvent in the body. Water is possible for blood circulation in the body. The nutrients and oxygen transported in the blood can reach the body cells through water. Mineral salts are dissolved in all types of body juices. Digested food is dissolved in water and absorbed into the blood through the small intestine

You're wrong regarding sugar. According to Dr. Eric Berg, sugar is the main cause of many diseases, from Alzheimer's over Parkinson's to cancer. In fact, cancer feeds of sugar which causes insulin resistance and increases the percentage of the fat body stores in the belly. I recommend visiting his YouTube channel and learning more about it.

I give you like for the effort and diligence. 😊

I am sorry to tell you this but consuming sugar has no benefits at all. As a person that is qualified to speak about this, I assure you, you're being misled by your beliefs regarding carbohydrates and sugar.
