The only solution for this all stress is separate your portfolio such as fiat portfolio Which you can use when you need money but market down... Have trading portfolio Which YOU will only use for trading. Recovery portfolio which you will use when you lose though you have bought at dip but YOU gonna by again with your recovery funds.
