How you dress is how you will be addressed. The dressing is to put clothes upon. The cloth you put on is your dress and how people see you is how you are addressed. You can't put on a rag and expect people to address you as a rich man, you may be rich quite alright but your dressing says otherwise so you can't blame the people.

It takes nothing to dress good, dressing well doesn't really mean wearing expensive clothes.
