This has got to be the craziest thing I have seen today
Hello everyone, I am here to talk about our favorite country (lol, just kidding) and it's the United States of America. You all know that the US has one major problem they don't want to admit they have and that's guns! (For those of you that don't know, now you do 😉). I thought the problems with guns over there are bad but the pictures I am going to share with you all here will show that it's actually worse, they are just crazy! I will also talk about the advantages of all these guns and that's actually what makes the US dangerous and when I mean dangerous, I am talking about dangerous when it comes to foreign invasion. You will get to know why it will be very difficult for other countries to invade America's mainland (and it's not just because America will retaliate with max power). I actually came across these things on nairaland and I also checked out the original thread on Twitter (**right here**). You know, before now when I heard that most people in America have guns, I thought maybe each family will have like two or three guns (a big assault rifle and some pistols) but it turned out that these people are even crazier about guns than I thought! They see guns as pets and they spend lots of money to acquire them. According to a study carried out in 2015, just 3% of adults in the US own a total of 133 million guns! 🥶 Now isn't that scary? There are even more guns than citizens in that country. It's said that the average collection each person owns is 17 guns, that was back in 2015 now imagine how many each person now owns.
Some of these households even have more guns than an average police station in my country 😂. So, the next time you hear of another mass shooting that happened in the US (like the one that happened recently where someone attacked a school and killed 19 children with a gun), just know that this is the reason it's always happening; anybody can have access to guns. The good thing with this is that people can easily defend themselves when faced with danger. In the other article where I talked about the gun problems in America, I mentioned a case where a man attacked a church in Texas, and over half of the church members brought out a gun and shot him, that couldn't have been possible if they didn't have easy access to guns, but then again the attack wouldn't have happened in the first place.
Just this week alone, I have come across over 4 different news of mass shootings in the US like this one: **Armed Female Bystander Kills Man Firing At Party In West Virginia** or this one: **Mass Shooting At Medical Building In Tulsa, Oklahoma. 3 Dead, Suspect Kille**d and then this as well: **Shooting Incident At Xavier High School, New Orleans. Imagine Russia invading the US just the way they invaded Ukraine, it's the citizens that will be holding off the Russians even before the US army arrives.
The invading country will have a very devastating battle because each house in America will be laying ambush and shooting them from all angles 😂 I guess that's one of the major reasons why other countries won't try to invade the US, they are always ready for war. I know the question you might be asking is; "can they even use the guns?" Of course they can, I mean why else will they buy those guns? Some of these people have been training with guns right from when they are still babies, they are very crazy when it comes to accuracy and gun control.
In a way, I will actually love to own some guns (I think it's the call of duty game I have been playing that's finally getting to me 😂) but then again guns are very dangerous. Just imagine being in America and someone just suddenly starts shooting at you because his coffee tastes weird 😕 it's very crazy! So, what about you, would you love to own gun collections just like the ones I posted here?

Contrary to popular perception, more than half of the almost 300million guns in the US, more than half are in the hands of just 3% of American adults. The point here is, that the proliferation of guns offers no protection to anyone really, at least not to the more than 75℅ American adults who do not own one. The statistics can be confusing really. Another misconception is that the citizens can hold an invading force. Let's not kid ourselves, how many of these supposed civilians have seen or heard a mortar hit? Or seen a tank firing its munitions? If it comes to it, trust me when I say more than 97% of these guys won't even remember they have guns. Even a single battalion of Nigerian soldiers would invade them easy. How much can those guns do against a prepared invading force with tanks and artillery? 0.000002% to no damage.
I guess you are right. Bit looking at from another angle, the 3% can really do harm to invading armies if they are in the invasion location. Take kitija and Mia for example, they have been training since they were kids. So I supposed that should count. And also looking the number of gangsters in America, that will sure do some if not serious damage to an invading force, don't you agree?
Trust me, they would hardly make any difference. If they could, a country at war would arm all its residents at the beginning. An invading army would level such places with high concentration of civilian weaponry with artillery, tanks and airstrike before even sending ground troops. That much gun possession is a curse if an invasion was to play out. It makes that area a legit military target, as that much arms in your possession makes you a soldier, even a special forced soldier. You lose all your civilian right to protection for possessing that much arms, cos you can be legitimately classified a soldier. Hence, the invading force will just mark the whole area as a military base and burn it all to the ground, and they will be right under the laws guiding wars

Exactly. 3% of 25 millions of the population (I only estimate d population to a smaller number), that's whooping 750k people! Guy, that's gotten to make a big fat difference

Omo, These people are funny though, they preach one America and they don't let it get into their heads, wish Africa will be like them, especially Nigeria, cause if war was to start between Nigeria and another country, I noe sure if we have weapons or missile to fire back, we shall be calling the name of the Lord.
