Good evening group, I'll tell you that last night I had three steaks left over from lunch and since I didn't have enough for today I decided to improvise with a stir-fried rice, I added olives, a hot dog, onion, red pepper, red pepper, and carrots in addition to the steaks. I salted all the ingredients with butter, added the yellow rice and sautéed everything together until all the flavors were incorporated. I accompanied it with a salad and I loved the result. We know that finding these things is difficult but the recipe can vary depending on what you have and it always turns out very well. Buenas noches grupo les cuento que anoche me sobraron tres bisteces de la comida y como no me alcanzaba para hoy decidí improvisar con un arroz salteado, le añadí aceitunas, perro caliente, cebolla, ají pimiento, ají cachucha y zanahoria además de los bisteces. saltie todos los ingredientes con mantequilla añadí el arroz amarillo y sofreí todo junto asta incorporar todos los sabores, lo acompañe con una ensalada y me encanto el resultado. Sabemos que encontrar estás cosas está difícil pero la receta puede variar según lo que se tenga y siempre queda muy bien

The beans were delicious 😋😋😋 I added a few pieces of pumpkin, malanga and cut cabbage... But what I liked the most was that I wanted to make them Mainly with mincemeat after frying (the mincemeat) with all the spices you have and tomato sauce 🍅, a splash of dry wine and add the soft beans, add salt to the Taste and let cook until the viandas soften and the broth of the beans 😋😋 and ready to eat. I put chopped chives on top already served. Enjoy Quedaron deliciosas las Judías 😋😋😋 Les eché unos trocitos de calabaza, malanga y Col cortadita... Pero lo que más me gustó fue que se me antojó hacerlos Principalmente con picadillo luego de sofreir (el picadillo)con todas las especias q tengas y salsa de tomate 🍅, un chorrito de vino seco y agregas las judías ya blanditas, le echas sal al gusto y dejas cocinar hasta q se ablanden las viandas y cuaje el caldo de las Judías 😋😋 y listo para comer. Les puse cebollino cortadito por encima ya servido. Buen Provecho

Baked tangerine chicken.. 😋😋 Ingredients: Chicken pieces, 300ml of mandarin juice, onion, a tablespoon of dehydrated garlic powder, a tablespoon of oregano, a teaspoon of sweet paprika, ground black pepper, chicken broth or pastilla de avecrem, olive oil, salt. Elaboration : Season the chicken with salt and pepper, in a bowl mix the finely chopped onion, tangerine juice 🍊, oregano, sweet paprika, garlic powder and pour over the chicken pieces and marinate the best overnight and cover with film. In a baking dish previously preheated to 190 degrees, brush the bottom with olive oil and put the drained chicken pieces and put it in the oven. In a saucepan, pour the juices that we had from the marinade and add half a glass of chicken broth and cook until the mixture is reduced by half, then pour over the chicken and cook for about an hour, brushing the chicken from time to time. Finally put the grill position and brown to taste. Accompany with white rice or French fries and a good salad.. 😋 😋 Pollo a la mandarina al horno.. 😋😋 Ingredientes: Pollo en trozos, 300ml de zumo de mandarina, cebolla, una cucharada de ajo deshidratado en polvo, una cucharada de orégano, una cucharadita de pimentón dulce, pimienta negra molida, caldo de pollo o pastilla de avecrem,aceite de oliva, sal. Elaboración : Salpimentar el pollo, en una fuente mezcla la cebolla muy picadita, el zumo de mandarina 🍊, orégano, pimentón dulce, el ajo en polvo y verter sobre los trozos de pollo y marinar lo mejor de un día para otro y tapar con film. En una fuente apta para horno previamente precalentado a 190 grados, pincelamos con aceite de oliva el fondo y ponemos los trozos de pollo escurridos y lo metemos al horno. En un cazo vertemos los jugos que teníamos del marinado y añadimos medio vasito de caldo de pollo y cocinar hasta reducir a la mitad la mezcla, a continuación vertemos sobre el pollo y cocinar aproximadamente una hora, pincelamos de vez en cuando el pollo. Por último poner la posición grill y dorar al gusto. Acompañar con arroz blanco o papas fritas y una buena ensalada.. 😋 😋
