Satoshi Nakamoto is considered the father of cryptocurrency. His identity is largely shrouded in mystery, and the proposed name is considered a pseudonym. "Satoshi" is translated as wisdom, "but" can be deciphered as inside, and "moto" is the base. In English, all these words can be summarized in the phrase “thinking clearly inside the foundation”.

Given that all the correspondence and letters of the alleged creator of the cryptocurrency were encrypted, it is still problematic to establish a real identity. To access the network, he used Tor, which ensures complete security of correspondence. Many journalists conducted their own investigations and tried to reveal the identity of Satoshi, but all efforts were in vain.

Presumably, Bitcoin projects have been developed since 2007, and in 2010 Satoshi stopped its participation in the development of a new digital currency. Until now, his accounts contain a lot of BTC (about 1 million), which the creator of the crypt does not use. This suggests that he is a fairly wealthy person and does not need to use extra money.

At the time of 2008, there were no wallets, no exchanges, or block observers. And the course has not been announced. Didn't have Bitcoin and a symbol. The first Bitcoin logo was made by Satoshi himself - the gold coin was depicted with BC symbols. After 2010, the topic of changing the image was raised and changed to the one that we can now observe.

Brief dossier

The estimated age of Satoshi Nakamoto is 37-47 years old. He left the cryptocurrency family in 2010. Language: pure English. Location: Japan (according to information from the P2P Foundation profile). Distinctive features: I was engaged in writing code in C ++.

It can be characterized in a few words:

● has deep knowledge in different directions;
● is distinguished by a mind prone to deep analysis;
● extraordinary;
● interested in cryptography, economics, P2P systems architecture.

Cryptocurrency Connection: He authored the 2008 article Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronical Cash System. This paper described the Bitcoin crypto as an electronic cash system. The first version of BitcoinWallet was released by him in early 2009 and the existence of the Bitcoin network was launched.

A scientific work was signed in the name of Satoshi Nakamoto, which outlines the theoretical nuances of digital currency. Whether this is really a pseudonym or real name is not known. The concept of "satoshi" began to be widely used in the cryptocurrency world as the constituent particles of Bitcoin.

White paper Satoshi Nakamoto

Satoshi's white paper was published on October 31, 2008, and a patent for the creation of a cryptocurrency was registered in August this year. In the history of Bitcon, the key date is January 3, 2009 - it generated the genesis block.

Few people knew about the creation of the cryptocurrency, to whom a newsletter from the site metzdowd.com was sent through a closed list of email addresses. The letters were signed by the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto. The newsletter was dated 10/31/2008 and contained a link to the nine-page text of the White Book.

The White paper is written in an academic style. He described in detail the operation of the new monetary system, which the author called Bitcoin. It was also said that the coins of the new currency are generated using the Proof-of-Work algorithm .

The Bitcoin.org domain was registered on August 15, 2008 on the anonymousspeech resource, where the Book document was posted to the general public. Bitcoin.org registration details have changed and now look different.

The White paper's description of the new peer-to-peer cash system is pretty clear. It is based on cryptography, thanks to which you can make transfers directly without resorting to intermediaries. Transactions go through several chains: hash - owner's signature - secret key.

Satoshi also showed genius in making Bitcoin "fail-safe" - this suggests that using a BTC clone, you can create a new cryptocurrency. Altcoins have become a kind of guarantee of the system's survival, as they provide constant competition with Bitcoin. Thanks to the openness of the peer-to-peer system, stakeholders adapted it for themselves and significantly expanded the cryptocurrency market.

In a further comparison of the White paper and other evidence of the existence of Satoshi, experts will note that the book is written in literate language and its author is indeed the father of cryptocurrency. For many years, only the White Paper has remained true proof that there was a genius who created Bitcoin.

Prospective candidates

Is it also unclear whether Satoshi Nakamoto is one person or a group of people?

The first contender for Satoshi's name is Nik Szabo. He has publications from 2005 that describe new means of payment . Nick is considered a major specialist in cryptography and computer science, and he also has extensive knowledge in other fields. Despite the fact that he is credited with the name of the famous creator of the cryptocurrency, Nick denies everything. In the direction of blockchain and decentralization Nik Szabo has taken many steps. He also became the author of the definition of "smart contract". His involvement in the development of Bitcoin is indirect, but this fact should not be overlooked.

Later, a version was put forward in the direction of the famous cryptographer Hal Finney. This person had a correspondence with Satoshi in 2009. You can read the correspondence in the public domain, as it was provided by the Wall Street Jornal.

There are several interesting facts about this person:

● he was one of the first to install the Bitcoin client and found several blocks for this;
● he lived near the city of the second challenger, Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto;
● Bitcoin transaction (information about Bitcoin transactions is set out in this material ) was first carried out by Hull Finney (50 BTC were sent for testing).

Hull Finney cannot be Satoshi for one reason - it is simply stupid to correspond with himself, or he had a split personality, although this is unlikely. This opinion was shared by journalist Andy Greenberg.

One of the most high-profile revelations of Satoshi's personality can be considered the event of 2014. There was an article in Newsweek about Dorian Prentice Satoshi Nakamoto. This Japanese American, 64, was a former Temple City engineer. He denies any involvement in the origin of Bitcoin. The father of cryptocurrency has the same impeccable English as Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto, given the writing style of the Bitcoin White Paper.

In 2012, the name of Shinichi Mochizuki, who is a famous Japanese mathematician, was also mentioned. By some accounts, he is considered the inventor of Bitcoin. Mochizuki is the author of the famous "ABC Hypothesis", the publication of which has exceeded 500 pages. Later in 2016, he explained his calculations presenting new ideas in number theory. Considering that Satoshi Nakamoto stopped communicating with the world in 2012, this can be explained by the emergence of more important things. His indifference to the Nobel Prize suggests that a person does not yearn for world fame and recognition.

If we rely on stylometric methods based on the analysis of Satoshi's text, then the following individuals came closest to the style of the creator of the cryptocurrency:

● Nick Szabo;
● Ian Grieg;
● Hal Finney;
● Wei Dai;
● Timothy May.

The greatest number of similarities has Sabo, who was put in the ranks of the first candidates. But this is not 100% proof.

There is one big argument against all contenders for Satoshi's place - he had a particular style of writing. It is possible to trace the activities of each public person from the beginning to the present day, and Satoshi enjoyed confidentiality. This is not surprising, since he is considered a technological genius.

Fake Satoshi named Craig Steve Wright

In 2008, little was known about cryptocurrencies, so the people who supported blockchains in the early years may have something to do with Satoshi's personality, and possibly even be. So Craig Wright got into the list of contenders for the place of the creator of the cryptocurrency. His working activity is a computer engineering specialist.

The story that Wright might be the creator of Bitcoin began in 2015. Craig, unlike others, did not refuse this title, but only imposed on society that he was the very Satoshi. Some of the documents that Craig Wright provided in support of this were forgeries.

But Craig Wright decided not to stop there. He has filed documents for registration of the White Paper under his authorship with the United States Copyright Office. For the future value of the crypt, this registration can play a significant role.

The Bureau issued the registration document with the date 04/11/2019 and now Wright has acquired the copyright for the BTC code. A document with registration of rights was received under the code TX-8-708-058. Now the creator of Bitcoin is formally Wright. Many do not believe that Craig Wright is Satoshi, but he has already secured his rights and will use them at his discretion.

Experts strongly disagree with the decision of the Bureau, and lawyers assess this fact as a mere formality. Today there is no separate mechanism for challenging the registration of such a plan, so if a conflict situation arises in the future, several people will be able to obtain the rights to develop BTC.

After Wright self-proclaimed himself Satoshi, there were many trials, but he only participated in one. During the trial, he emotionally expressed that he could not find access to Satoshi's Bitcoins. A court order was issued against Wright in which it was required to compile a list of the earliest Bitcoin addresses and open access to coins.

Wright defended himself against the charges and began hiding behind his late partner Dave Kleiman, who allegedly had all the keys to the intellectual property. Craig also added that he stopped working in 2010 due to the unfair use of cryptocurrency in the drug trade and in the direction of child pornography. According to some sources, the fork of Wright's Bitcoins is 3.7 billion, and Satoshi's accounts still hold the cherished 10 billion, to which there is no access. Craig insists that the late Kleiman had the information about the keys, but his death made it difficult to find Bitcoin.

Critics asked Wright to withdraw a few coins to prove the truth, but he refused. The fact that Craig Wright has every excuse does not mean that he is Satoshi Nakamoto. But unlike other contenders, he has copyright for the crypt. The percentage of those who believe Craig is small, so most of them consider him to be fake. In turn, Wright is not going to tolerate defamation and submits claims to the court for all fierce statements - he also has the right to do so according to the documents.

As soon as the Chinese media issued Craig Wright as Satoshi, the Bitcoin SV rate skyrocketed by about 60%. The price reached a record $ 232. There was even an invented news message that Craig had forwarded $ 50 from Satoshi's wallet. A lot of Chinese traders bought the well-made news.

How John McAfee searched for Nakamoto

John McAfee is a man who has persecuted hackers all his life (he is the founder of McAfee). He confidently stated that he was looking for Satoshi Nakamoto. On his Twitter, John posted: Satoshi Nakamoto is not a secret agency, but a group of people, but the White Paper was written by one person. He now lives in the United States.

John McAfee believes that the community spends a lot of time fighting scammers, so he decided to gradually reveal details about Satoshi until his public appearance.

Due to the fact that the founder of the cryptocurrency does not want to show his true face, such impostors as Craig Wright have already begun to appear, according to McAfee. The emergence of the fake Satoshi led to the Bitcoin SV scam, which hurt the entire community.

McAfee, after he announced that he was looking for Bitcoin's father, began to receive a variety of emails. Letters came from impostors who called themselves Satoshi. In response, John posted: “Don't make yourself look stupid, I know who Satoshi is. The first clue is that the crypt's father is of Indian origin. "

John McAfee spoke with Satoshi and noted that Bitcoin's father was unhappy with the fact that they are trying to reveal his identity. McAfee was tracking hackers all the time, so finding Satoshi was essential for him. But revealing the crypt's mysterious founder would jeopardize McAfee's position as well, so he intends to wait.

Until the moment when John McAfee announced the search for Nakamoto, many thought that he was dead. 10 years have passed, and the accounts of the founder still contain precious coins that no one can open. The emergence of Satoshi could have a significant impact on the cryptocurrency market, and he could also become the target of the CIA.

McAfee may be making such loud statements during the election campaign, as he wants to take the presidency after Trump. But John himself claims that he would not be the famous McAfee, if he does not reveal the identity of Bitcoin's father.

In the footsteps of Satoshi

The first informational article about Bitcoin was published in 2008. A year later, the first software written in C ++ hit the network, which was rewritten by 70% by modern programmers, as it consisted of errors. Satoshi Nakamoto first offered to communicate on web forums with all interested parties. This was done with one goal - to facilitate the further development of the digital system.

Communication between Satoshi and his team ended in 2011. The developer himself stated this by the fact that he has more important things to do. Since then, nothing has been heard of Satoshi Nakamoto. From the vastness of the network, the personality disappeared as quickly as it appeared. The Bitcoin.org domain was controlled by a colleague G. Andresen, who remained the leading crypto developer.

Not so long ago, an excerpt of a future book was published on the Nakamoto Family Foundation's investment page on behalf of the creator of the cryptocurrency. It also said that the name Satoshi Nakamoto was chosen for one reason - widespread. Next, a link has been attached that reveals the cryptogram with the expression "honne and tatamae". It can be understood as the presence of a contrasting border between true intentions and external manifestations.

In the first chapter of the future book, a few words are said about the young man Satoshi. From the age of 14, he was fond of cypherpunk, which became the basis of cryptocurrency. The Bitcoin project made it possible to divide the financial world into "before" and "after" as a result of a series of failures, which not only Satoshi suffered. He himself believes that he was in the right place at the right time.

Whoever Satoshi Nakamoto is, from whether he reveals his true identity or not, the course of cryptocurrency development does not change in any way. And the creator understands this very well. Not wanting to reveal his identity is his own bias.

Two books, Wave and Ripple Desing Book and The Official Bitcoin Coloring Book, are a new reminder of Satoshi. Their author is unknown. The books raise the question of the creator of Bitcoin.

Several biographical facts

According to many studies, a person named Satoshi Nakamoto does not exist. Most likely, this is a pseudonym that one person or a group of people chose for himself.

Over the years, there have been reports of several personalities in the media who could be hiding under the name Satoshi. But they all denied their involvement in the creation of Bitcoin.

The patent for the creation of a new technology was filed on August 15, 2008. Among its authors were Neil King, Vladimir Oxman, Charles Bray. Each of them refused to confirm their achievements in the blockchain system.

The mystery in this story is not only the name of Satoshi, but also his White Book. Those who have had close contact with Satoshi Nakamoto have noted his characteristic evasiveness. He persistently ignored questions about age, location, and career. Communication was related only to the development and writing of code. Satoshi is assessed as a modest person who prioritized professional qualities.

Satoshi Nakamoto is a mysterious person in the history of the 21st century

Satoshi's public activity is no more than two years, during which he constantly kept anonymity. Colleagues who shared his ideas for creating a new peer-to-peer system knew practically nothing about him. Most of the speculations that circulate on the web about the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto are fictional.

Having analyzed his periods of activity, it is worth noting that he almost did not go online from five in the morning until eleven GMT. This coincides with Japanese time between 2 pm and 8 pm. Given this fact, it can be denied that he lived at that time in Japan. Perfect English also refutes the claim that Satoshi was Japanese. The experts even noted that in his texts you can find parts of the British colloquial, mixed with English.

The company Satoshi Nakamoto Institute took up the collection of letters from the genius creator of the cryptocurrency. His correspondence is now sorted by date and is available in the SNI section of the website. Satoshi seemed to predict that the world would not suddenly switch to cryptocurrency, but would initially use it in a narrow niche. He assumed that in ten years the crypt would be handed out in the form of bonus points, micropayments, donations. And so it turned out.

Regarding his departure, Satoshi emailed Michael Hearn, stating that Bitcoin is now in good hands. This concerned Gavin Andresen and other developers directly. Nakamoto very scrupulously answered all the questions of his colleagues - he was sure that Bitcoin would take the place of the world famous system. In the world of cryptocurrency, all of Satoshi Nakamoto's letters have become a kind of gospel.

The Bitcoin Foundation community fully shares Satoshi's views on the freedom of his personality, so it will not be possible to get detailed information from his colleagues. All life moments of Satoshi Nakamoto are hidden by a veil of mystery and the creator of the crypt made an emphasis on privacy quite deliberately.

What is the purpose of Satoshi when creating Bitcoin?

Satoshi Nakamoto had an anti-government sentiment. The creation of his peer-to-peer system was aimed at personal control of finances in order to get rid of mandatory taxation. The Genesis block contains the expression "bail-out", which stands for the salvation of banking institutions at the expense of the state. It is no coincidence when using block 0 and 1, it has embedded the coinbase parameter.

He was gripped by paranoia during the creation of a new monetary system - this was noticed by his colleagues. Satoshi Nakamoto's fear was justified. It was not in vain that he forced him to constantly correct mistakes, otherwise a valid cryptocurrency would not exist now.

After himself, Satoshi left a whole foundation for the development of the digital age. He suddenly appeared and suddenly disappeared. New questions arise around the personality of Satoshi Nakamoto, which have not yet been disclosed.

Why Satoshi keeps a secret

On his wallets, in addition to 1,125,000 BTC, there is a huge amount of cryptocurrency, taking into account the possible forks of Bitcoin. If the personality of Satoshi Nakamoto is revealed, it will cause a shake in the economy. And most importantly, he will become the target of the persecution of special services, bandits, journalists. Considering that the Bitcoin developer is not a stupid person, he thought in advance in what way he should keep obscurity and at what point to disappear. To confuse the traces of the investigation, he made many inconsistencies that mislead journalists.

Satoshi - Nobel Prize nominee

Thanks to the cryptocurrency, a new economic cycle began, which made it possible to increase welfare in underdeveloped countries (especially in Africa). Considering this and many other nuances, Satoshi Nakamoto was nominated for the highest award in 2015. The problem is that since 2012, it practically does not make itself felt.

The development of Bitcoin not only changed the idea of money, but also to some extent shook the role of central banks in monetary policy. Professor Bhagwan Chaudhry, who proposed Satoshi for the Nobel Prize, put forward his assumptions about the future:

● expensive services such as Western Union will become a thing of the past;
●commissions for PayPal, MasterCard, Visa transactions are eliminated;
● expensive notary services will also lose their relevance;
● the world of legal contracts will change completely.

After they tried to nominate Satoshi for the Nobel Prize, CoinTelegram received a letter from him. The author emphasized that the invention of cryptocurrency was not the goal for receiving the Prize. Incidentally, Satoshi mentioned that Ted Nelson, who was refused, deserves the award. In the computer industry, Nelson is known as the creator of the principles of hypertext, which may well compete with html. Most likely Satoshi Nakamoto is Nelson's student. "A rebel from the 70s" - this is how you can describe Nelson, "A fighter against the dominance of banks" - this is already Satoshi.

The identity of the creator of the cryptocurrency has not been revealed even after ten years

The identity of Satoshi Nakamoto remains a mystery even now. Despite numerous investigations by journalists and other interested persons, they still cannot establish who Satoshi is. This is not surprising, because this genius person created a revolution not only in the world economy, but also in the sphere of money turnover.

Traces of its existence remained only on online forums, in e-mails and in the form of the only White Paper. But how much before that he worked, who he was, from what family and what origin - all this is unknown. Satoshi observed his caution in correspondence, so he ignored all personal questions. His persona cannot be identified by individual handwriting using stylometric methods. Transactions that took place within the network do not give out confidential information.

Is Satoshi alive now? Nobody knows this either. Satoshi Nakamoto put a lot of effort into creating the cryptocurrency, but after he recruited a reliable team, he decided to leave. He remains a mystery man even after ten years of Bitcoin's existence. It is difficult to determine his identity based only on articles and programming language.

The main secret of the crypto world

Satoshi Nakamoto developed Bitcoin and went into the shadows. The best researchers cannot identify him, despite the maximum availability of information now.

What is the difficulty? It is difficult to reveal the personality of Satoshi for the following reasons:

● many namesakes;
● few facts;
● there is no personal data;
● the creator of the crypt made every effort to hide his identity;
● colleagues are silent;
● his face is not known.

In communicating with like-minded people, Satoshi Nakamoto is deliberately cautious, as if knowing that in the future there will be a high interest in his personality. Journalists and researchers have tried in every possible way to get the truth from applicants for a pseudonym, but they all deny participation in the creation of Bitcoin.

There are speculations that Satoshi decided to hide his face, since the creation of cryptocurrency was not entirely legal. There are many versions, but it is still impossible to reveal the true reason. Perhaps the secret services have disclosed this issue, but do not want to give publicity, or Satoshi Nakamoto was able to brilliantly cover up his tracks.

The silence was broken on the eleventh anniversary of 18 August

On the website www.SatoshiNRH.com, the revelations of Satoshi Nakamoto himself appeared. Whether he really wrote it is not known. But the date August 18, 2019 was not chosen in vain - this is the 11th anniversary of the registration of the bitcoin.org domain.

Reading Satoshi's revelations will not take much time, but it will help reveal the answers to many questions that have been of interest to people for 11 years. How authentic the work is - it will be known in the near future. Not many people know that Satoshi Nakamoto's revelations can already be found on such websites:

● Satoshi Nakamoto Renaissance Holdings;
SatoshiNRH.com;

● Ivy McLemore & Associates;
ivymclemore.com.

The birth of Bitcoin in Satoshi's head was back in 1998, when he was just finishing his graduate studies. In the Necessity is Mother of Invention part, the author describes how he felt humiliated by the banking system - it is impossible to use large sums without their participation. At that moment, Satoshi Nakamoto came up with the idea to create something that later acquired the name Bitcoin. Domain registration dates were not coincidental either. Satoshi had close communication with Hal Finn, so back in 2014, when a friend died, the creator of the cryptocurrency wanted to confess everything, but he could not.

Satoshi was originally from Pakistan. Lives in the UK. Graduated from the University of Pakistan in 1994. The creator himself admitted that he was born in 1978. In his life, during the time of silence, he rethought a lot, saw how Bitcoin developed. For all 11 years, Satoshi experienced fear and paranoia, thinking that his personality would be revealed. He was afraid to confess to his wife who he really was, but she did not even know that such a mysterious Satoshi existed.

Satoshi Nakamoto was very dedicated to numerology and astrology. All dates, names, email addresses were linked and classified in the language of numbers. The Bitcoin limit of 21 million was also determined using Chaldean numerology, which was highly respected by the creator of the cryptocurrency. The birth of Bitcoin was perfect during the years of financial difficulties for Satoshi himself - he tried to create a great banking system, while being financially ruined.

Satoshi explains his privacy as being paranoid. It was necessary to share knowledge and create a new system, but he did all this under a pseudonym. Satoshi is consonant with his nickname Shaiho. He did not disclose his personal data to anyone. Even the date of birth in his profile was indicated incorrectly, but it was chosen for a reason.

Mined Satoshi's 980,000 Bitcoins using a laptop in 2009, but they were lost due to stupid hard drive formatting. According to Satoshi, fate played a trick on him, because at that moment he did not want to consult with anyone. Unsuccessfully then his health let down (paralyzed his legs). Satoshi left and did not want to return. He was no longer mining Bitcoins. This is how Satoshi paid 980,000 BTC for his arrogance. This information is taken from the book of revelations and how much the information turns out to be true is known only to the true Satoshi.

Satoshi has lived most of his life in fear. He revealed the secret to his wife after eight years of marriage, despite the fact that he tried not to lie to her. Bitcoin's creator saw his financial brainchild being abused and used in a far different way than he created it. At that moment, he decided to reveal his true face.

Satoshi Nakamoto is not just a story. This is a genius person who had a tendency to create mistakes. Even those errors in the codes, which were later corrected by his colleagues, were not created on purpose, since the creator of the crypt was using a far from perfect technique. For so long and diligently Satoshi kept the secret, but sooner or later everything would be revealed. The financial innovation that he created was for the benefit of people, poor people, who could feel free to some extent.

After reading the book "My Revealing", you can learn a lot of interesting factsnot only about the history of Bitcoin, but also about the mysterious personality of Satoshi. Whether this is true or just another fiction - it will soon become clear.
