Hello Everyone its me once again @Kris2310 . Good morning and have a good day ahead. May our God Almighty Bless us all today.

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you". ( Deuteronomy 31:6)

There are lots of things that can frighten us. But you don't need to be controlled by fear. You can be courageous. You can have what Webster defines as " that quality of mind which meets dangers or opposition with calmness and firmness ". You may also adopt God's charge and promise to Joshua " Do not be afraid.....Be strong and courageous....God will never leave you nor forsake you ( Joshua 1:9).

Since Webster defines courage as a quality of mind, not emotions, it follows that we can feed our mind with positive thoughts and biblical principles to eventually master fear in our lives.

How do we do it? Let's use the acrostic B O L D .

Ban negative thoughts and Concentrate on the Positive.

Remember the last time you became frightened? You allowed negative and frightful thoughts to control your mind.

To master fear, you need to resist negative thoughts before they drown you in worry or depression. The best way to do this is to fill your minds with positive and encouraging thoughts.

Reading God's Word regularly, especially in times of anxiety and fear, is the best way to do this. ( Romans 15:4 ) is clear: .. " For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope."

Occupy yourself with the Loving and Powerful Presence of God's Spirit.

We are most affected by fear whenever we feel that we are alone in fighting our battles. Having someone who is affectionate, available and able to help us in every situation is truly courage boosting.

After all, God promised "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you. So say with confidence; " The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.

Indeed, there is no limit as to what can do when he is fully trusting God's presence.

Live a righteous life.

You read it right. Honest, fair and righteous living equals a courageous heart.

Isn't that true in most of our experiences, for instance, whenever we commit sin of any form, we become guilty because we fear might be discovered. In contrast, whenever we feel we are right, we have the boldness to stand by our convictions.

This means we must strive to avoid doing wrong. Keeping ourselves on the right side of God's and man's law will give us inner peace. This inner peace, in turn, fuels courage in our hearts.

Do what you need to do now.

For you to eventually overcome fear, you must do something about it., not just to merely think it over. The best strategy is to face your fears and fight it.

Psychologist and Sociologist call this EXPOSURE THERAPY. It is clinically proven to be the most effective method of dealing with fear, even among the deeply phobic people. In this method, the patients are repeatedly exposed to the feared situation or object to make them see that no harm befalls them with these situations and objects. As they are repeatedly exposed to them, their fear gradually dies.

So are you afraid of taking on bigger responsibilities? Of admitting your mistake? Of standing by your convictions? Of pressing on toward your personal goals because of the threats of difficulties and dangers?

Just do it! In due time, you will realize that you are no longer afraid and that you have finally conquered your fears.

Remember, true courage enables you to admit your own mistakes and failures. Accept sad and grim realities and go on with your life. Rise up you from past failures and focus on the challenges ahead. Withstand pressures and stand by the truth. Fulfill your personal convictions and goals despite oppositions and difficulties.
