journey of Becoming a mother...
Being a mother is great but has a great responsibility not only to the children or husband but also to the home your living with , together with your family.its really hard to make the journey of being pregnant from the day you start conceiving the baby in your womb, till you gave birth to the child.you will have morning sicknesses, nausea, it seems like the whole world is evolving in your head that can cause unlimited dizziness,vomiting, and you will become a picky eater this time of pregnancy because most of foods are really has an awful taste that not good for your feeling and all the people around you cannot understand what you going through.
The greatest struggle of being pregnant is that your really a picky eater , because your not the one who decide what kind of food you will eat even if you're really like some kind of foods still your taste and feelings will controlled you for what specific food you have to eat, because it's really hard this stage of being pregnant.if you eat the food what you like it has an emotional connection to the child or your emotional feeling of being pregnant,you will be very happy if you will eat the food that you really craved for.but when you eat the food you don't like you will vomit it as soon as possible.this is the very tricky side of being pregnant,and most people around you is thinking that your only over acting for what you feel emotionaly.
After like 5 months your appetite will be back to normal. But other women has only 3 months approximate continues morning sicknesses, if you're done experiencing morning sicknesses you will now eat food what ever serve on the table,at this stage of pregnancy. because you can't feel any more the awful taste in your mouth like was before.this stage is your like a normal person that's not pregnant.this time of pregnancy is very tight because your easily get hungry every 1 hour because the baby is real full baby in your womb the baby needs more energy and nutrients to absorb by the babys body,this time you have to eat more veggies and protein rich foods .and have an walking exercise for 30 minutes daily early in the morning together with the earliest sunrise in the morning,much better if you're living near the seashore.its will add more natural relaxing feeling..that can help your baby bond of you while the baby is in your womb.
The baby will increase it weight in every month and it will also increase you food intake because you will eat more than of the normal average per serving. This time can make you also gain weight like 30kgs. And this time you will need extra big maternity dress for your outfit .you will now also prepare the things for your baby for the hospital and also yours .so that when you feel the labour pain you only bring the the things you prepare easily,with no struggling of panic bec all has pregnant in labour if your not get ready the things yet it has possible to for get the other things that you will be needed in the hospital because of the people around you will panic for rushing you the the hospital,this time..much better that you will pack up the hospital things for you and your baby first before the due date of giving birth.you have also to list what you need to bring so that you can check it if you have forgotten something.

This things are really needed in the hospital you have to be aware of this especially for the first time mom .
It's really hard to struggle this all but when you see your baby for the first time you will forget evry pain you encountered while struggling your pregnancy till birth
