Nigeria is a country blessed by mother nature with melodious and hyper active musicians,these musicians have continued to make us proud with their wonderful songs, Nigerian songs are now widely acceptable in the whole world courtesy of these great men and women's contribution and hardwork.Now the three have gone on to be nominated for grammy awards,so let's take a look at the three and then think smartly of the one who would likely bring the grammy to Nigeria.first on our list is

David adeleke aka Davido

Gentlemen and gentlemen in skirts,join me and welcome on stage the self acclaimed "OBO".Davido was formally in the united States of america doing music before he came back to Nigeria because his brand was finding it hard to survive over there.On getting to Nigeria this hardworking musician immediately went into the studio made some songs and collaborated with Naeto c and gbam he became house hold name, though being a son of a wealthy man he did not say okey since my father is rich,it's of no use that I go out there to stress myself, instead he worked like his life and survival depended on it and today he has built for himself an enviable record brand all over africa in general, though he is controversial in nature,it hasn't stopped him from making the right decisions and living the life other artists only live in thier dreams, David adeleke has won numerous music awards including the "BET"music awards,the mtv awards and so many others too numerous to mention.Davido has gone on to record songs with so many foreign artists like Chris brown,Meekmill and so many other american artists with Nicki minaj being the recent one.Just last month he released an album called "a better time"though the album has recorded so many negative criticism it is still one of the best albums of the year.he has the international female rapper"Nicki minaj"featured in it.Davido few days back was nominated for a grammy award. Following closely is his arch rival and perhaps the biggest as acclaimed by his lovers.

Ayo balogun popularly know as Wizkid aka starboy has become a house hold name in the entertainment industry both home and abroad,I remembered a time he was having a problem with a Canadian musician called the weekend who is also known as starboy over the use of his name ,though the beef Is no longer that active as we were meant to understand by the media.Wizkid who was a studio rat in the studio owned by OJB,he witnessed tuface record his grass to grace music album. Coming from a humble family,the height wizkid aka starboy has attended inthe music industry can only be dreamt and envied.wizkid ever since his debut song holla at your boy has gone on to win all the winnable awards,was the first Nigerian artist to behind psquare to future an a list Canadian musician (Drake),all I can say is that wizkid is in the class of his own,he worn three awards in one night in far away america,I guess that should be enough to convince you of the artist we are talking about here, mentored by Banky W,wizzy as fondly called left EME entertainment record label after series of cheating as he explained then by his boss and those who were managing him. He left and formed his own label called starboy and since then it's been a wonderful smoothe ride for him.He promised to release his album titled made in Lagos (MIL)some months back and finally the music album is out and has equally received some positive reviews from fans across the globe.He was so cool in this particular album that so many of his fans are of the opinion that it is not an album a poor man should listen to,some equally said that listening to this album without having your baby by your side could lead one to depression,the album was devoid of noise as it was all cool from the a to the z,Ayo was equally nominated for an award at the Grammys,last on our list but not the least is Burna boy.

Oluwa burna as fondly called came into the Nigerian music scene some years back and has continued to build himself to where he is today, though he ran away from america due to anger issues as he was said to done a terrible thing over there. Burna boy's mother who manages him was one of the dancing vixen fela used when he was alive.people still believes burnaboy's prowess was passed down to him from the legendary fela anikpola kuti.He once appeared at the african shrine in one of felabration performance putting on only white pants,just like fela would do.over the years burnaboy has really tried from the single that shot him to us (like to party,and tonight) these two singles undoubtedly helped in skyrocketing burnaboy,he has equally gone on to win some manny award including the BET awards,just last year he was norminayed for the Grammys though he lost to kejo the woman behind the song "we are one '.fast forward to this year,again burna has been nominated at the Grammys for the second time in two years,maybe he will bring back this one home, later this year he released his album titled "twice as tall"which has gained more reputation among the three albums,he admonished the youths to get up and never feel empty in his song level up,burna boy's album "twice as tall is loved by all,it has always been his dream and a collective dream of Nigeria artists to bring home the grammy someday. Now do Nigerians believe it is high time their artists brought back the highly rated grammy award in the music industry?!.
