Pressure in life: positive or negative?
Hello guys, How's everything going? I wish so that you all are out of pressure. But to be very honest, I won't find lots of people who don't have any pressure. I think the number is quite a few. Pressure or stress whatever we say is a feeling. It is a form of emotional or physical tension.
So, when does it arise?
When we feel frustrated, or think something is going to be a burden for us, but anyhow we have to do it, we feel pressure. It can arise by opposing something that we hate but have to complete within a deadline or have to endure till a certain period of time. Most of the time, this pressure is normal. But when we have an acute feeling, it can be dangerous. And being under pressure every day can lead us to a shorter life. Moreover, this life is not joyful at all. And here the meaning of life vanishes.
We never want an unhappy, joyless, and shorter life. Every person wants to live a full life. But the fact pressure promises not to leave us alone.
So, what do we do? Should we cut the head because it has pain?
Not at all. We have to find out a solution to how the pain can be removed. For small reasons we never want to lose the big deals. So, since pressure is a part and parcel of our life, we have to find out the solution to live with it. We should live like we are not under pressure, rather the pressure is under us! And here your joyful life will start...
And think deeply, why this pressure?
Take it positively. Because this pressure is the thing that turns a coal piece into a diamond piece. Think that you are a lump of coal now, and after performing some tasks, you would be a diamond. A better version of you would come out. Don't you want to see that diamond version of yourself??
And one more thing to be added: don't ever rush in your life. You are not a master of everything that a rush in work will present you with a perfect result. So, work, take the pressure and continue. Because the entire process for a lump of coal to turn into a diamond takesĀ between 1 billion and 3.3 billion years. So, what's your problem to wait for a single year??
Continue encouraging yourself! Sometimes we feel pressure because we think we are not capable of this. Encourage yourself and think that there is no pressure. Believe me, it will help you to feel relaxed. And when you will be relaxed and think in a pacified mind, you'll easily figure out a way. So, my suggestion is never to think you can't, never think about failure; just imagine you're on the top of success. And thus you'll feel less pressure.
If you think that you can't do the work, or you are not capable of doing this, you're not under pressure in actuality. Because it's your fear! These two things are so close that most often we mix them up. If you can't do, and so don't want to do is your fear. You have to come up and learn how to do it. Take help from others and learn. And thus your fear will be gone and then if you don't love your work, you'll feel pressure. So, please never stop learning. Never feel shy to ask people to teach you. And always love your work.
Every person is always under pressure. Some will complain about it and some won't. Looking at some people's face, you see their pressure and some people won't have any reaction. They lead a normal life. You will see the first category to complain every time and waste their time. You'll hardly see them to work for their dream. But for the second category, they are still under pressure, but won't express it and will do their works properly. They learn, they teach, they are happy and healthy. It is the kind of friction that will polish him and refine them to be great and successful persons.
The choice is yours: Take the pressure, work hard and be happy or complain about life and be unhappy.
