Four C's to success on readcash, I learnt in a week.

These were not easy to learn because the great lessons come from a lot of hard work, studying the successful people work on this platform, and the thought came in that I should explain and write on those points for beginners like me to have full knowledge of how to be great here.

This is the best time to focus on these points I learnt so far and I hope sharing them will be of importance to your success on readcash.

Capability Or Competency

The main focus is to to get absolutely competent at getting the skills and knowledge that matter for your long term success. What are your expectations and dreams here?, think about it and break it down and have that thought run through your mind, then re-evaluate if that is my dream, what skills would I have to master to be able to have that dream?. What do people really want to see from you ?, and how can you grow in that?.

If you want to help a lot of people in the world today or be impactful you need to learn how to communicate. You have to practise and learn to become competent in that, to make a difference which is very vital.

For example with Musicians, they master all forms of act, their voice and instruments. Think about anyone you admire on Readcash, they had to master composure, writing, productivity, understanding, and their minds. How did they do that, they kept studying, and kept on applying.

You can be informed, or more educated, or more experienced and out perform everyone else when you have that competence that gives you an edge. The more you learn, the more you are willing to try, with the more you are willing to write better, you gain confidence, and from there you are willing to try new things. There are people I already subscribed to that have a lot meaning to what they post, I have gained inspiration and knowledge from them and also support, to name a few @HappyBoy @QueenRay @Princessbusayo @CryptoMax @Gaftek @Eybyoung @Pantera

Contribution

Let your thoughts be built around giving more rather than getting all the time for yourself. Like I learned from service today it is more divine to "Ask and it shall be given to you" but also behavioral to "Give and you shall receive"

Helping the Readcash community also adds value to the growth of BCH, the level of usability adds to its widespread and development.

Change your mindset from getting to giving, mindset to contribute. Your can think of your work and mission as also a way of contributing to the community. There are so many people who have contributed with their upvotes and sponsorships and am thankful for what they do.

I started Readcash a week ago, I havent gained much but I give to the ability of the little I have earned so far. It all starts from somewhere, I thank @HappyBoy for his directions.

Companionship

Not everybody has the ability for high level content, everybody wants to reach that next level, everybody wants that extra excellence from trying to be the best, my believe is on the process of learning and building the people that want to succed on the platform, by doing so you are building the people around you to have that strong community you need to grow also.

Stop judging people for being better at what they do, dont become toxic to the community like a member exhibited recently, always be around people that enhance your experience and open you to learn more. Read and learn from others.

In just a week I have followed people on Readcash and learned more from them, and also give reasonable comments and contributions on post either for encouragement or suggestions. Control & Composure

Control your mind and your thoughts, be creative, find purpose, find that level of perfection. Work toward having a good content, although you cant be good all the time, there are some days you dont get the best out of you. How do you intend to deliver everyday?, what will be of good importance educationally?, what will the community benefit from?, Why do I write?, why should we read what you write if you dont know the topic well enough?, do you plan on writing just what everyone knows about the topic?.

I will like your contributions on this area, am also in the learning process too, but I will chip in something about composure. Your work should have a good subject, a good plan, edits and brainstorming.

In Conclusion
