3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium white onion, sliced
1 kilo pork, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
2-3 pieces bay leaf
1/4 kg pig liver, sliced
1 cup potatoes, sliced
1 cup carrot, sliced
