The Philippines is the eighth most populous country in Asia and the 12th most populous country in the world. Since 2013, an estimated 10 million Filipinos live overseas, making up one of the largest diaspora in the world. Different ethnic and cultural groups can be found anywhere in the country. In ancient times, the Natives were some of the first settlers in the archipelago.
