How to prepare pounded yam and melon soup

How to prepare pounded yam and melon soup;
Wash your yam,
Slice and peel it,
Put it inside your pot and add salt,
Then place it on the fire to boil,
Then you can start pounding it once it boils
And your pounded yam is ready to eat……..
How to cook the melon soup
Make sure every ingredients is set for cooking
Place your palm oil on fire,
Pour your onion and locust beans,
Add the blended pepper inside it
Stir for a while and add seasoning to taste
After a while add the melon inside the pepper and keep stiring to avoid burning
After 10 to 15 minutes add your waterleaf
Then add all your assortments and stir very well
Cover it for like 10 minutes till it stems enough
Then your melon soup is ready to eat
