Nature is defined as the natural Earth and things on it, or the essence of a person or thing. The trees, forests, birds, and animals are all examples nature. If someone is evil, this is an example of a person who has an evil nature. Emerson says that nature is beautiful because it is alive, moving, reproductive. In nature we observe growth and development in living things, contrasted with the static or deteriorating state of the vast majority of that which is man-made.

Nature is very important to humans as we need it to survive and strive it was provided by the natural world around us; food, water, medicine, materials for shelter and so on. nature is our soul supplier. Nature, in the broadest sense, is the natural, physical, or material world or universe. Nature can refer to the phenomenal of the physical world, and to life in general. People love nature because it provides serenity ,beauty, calmness, experience and reality to go hand in hand.

Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormone. The negative ion-rich oxygen found in nature also have a relaxing effect in the body. We need to enjoy nature because it is wonderful, to really appreciate the beauty of nature we have to enjoy it by going on picnics, by studying the surroundings and observe the wildlife, by going outside and feel the sun on your face for one minute, by looking at the clouds and the stars .

It is important we value nature because our forest, rivers, oceans and soils provide us with the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we irrigate our crops with. We also rely on nature for numerous other growth and services we depend on for our health, happiness, and prosperity. Scientist are beginning to find evidence on how nature affect our brains, nature has a profound impact on our brains and our behaviors, helping us to reduce anxiety, brooding, and stress, and increase our attention capacity, creativity and our ability to connect to other people.

Nature does not need people it we people that needs nature in order to continue to operate at our best and for our benefit. In short, nature is life!!!!
